Apo took photos of the dishes, then more photos of us together flaunting our rings.

It was past noon, and we retired to one of the VIP rooms at the pool villa courtyard. I had the day already planned out just for Apo's comfort. The room was large, cozy and relaxing.

Apo walked to the window area and pulled the tall curtains apart. He stared outside and inhaled the fresh air.
"This is beautiful," he said.

I sat on the sofa and just watched Apo. He took pictures of himself, then he came over and sat beside me. He showed me the photos and asked which one he should post on his Instagram.

I pointed two of the photos. He dropped the phone on the table and glared at me, who had also been quietly watching him for the past thirty minutes.

"Mile," he started. "I need to understand, you said the ring is not for fan service."

"No."

"So we are...dating officially."

I held his hand and squeezed tightly. I knew what he was about to say.

"Apo, I'm in love with you," I said in plain English. I didn't know if words in my language could explain it more correctly.

Apo's facial expressions fluctuated from happy to uncertain.
"It's just that I feel like I'm dreaming, I don't want to wake up just yet."

I don't mind waiting because I'm a patient man. Apo could dream all he wanted as long as he is by my side.

"This just reminded me of my teenage years." Apo said. "My first crush was a senior, a guy actually. I never got the opportunity to express my feelings to him, because of, you know all that negative stuff. I learned to live with it."

"Apart from him, have you had a serious relationship?"

"No."

"You keep saying no in interviews and I thought you were joking, how can a handsome guy like you be single. I have had several relationships, just that I remain friends with them."

Apo breathed deeply. "Mile, it may be easy for you to say, but I'm quite sensitive. I love been happy, I love positive energy, but I got to understand that most people think there have to be conflict so that relationships can thrive. I don't like conflicts, I can't process it. That's why I am telling you."

"I'm glad you are telling me,"

"Many relationship break as a result of conflict so I keep asking myself why does it always happen, I don't want it to happen to me so I avoid relationships."

"Oh ok."

"I'm open, and as a celebrity there's fans and all that, I don't want any misunderstanding from them,"

"I get it."

"Example, you have fans, I won't be angry if someone says I love you right, because it's P'Mile, and he is handsome and lovely," Apo laughed.

I laughed. "Love is a general language."

"Exactly. It becomes different because we're intimate with each other."

I was enjoying our conversation. "I'm not the jealous type either, but I can be possessive sort of. I like to flaunt you just like we did during the series, I know you enjoyed my company, I can say 100% of me was real. I couldn't fake my feelings. I just had to be sure before I made a move."

Apo narrowed his eyes, the way he does when he sees that I understand him wholeheartedly.
"Can I lie down on your chest?"

My heart melted when Apo made that request. I was tempted to tell him, My body is all yours my dear.

I stretched my left arm and Apo crawled into my embrace. He rested his head on my chest, and we both stretched out our legs over the sofa. It reminded me of our bed scene, but this time we were on the sofa.

"You know how bad I felt when we were doing the intimate scenes and the director says cut."

I laughed. "I low key felt bad too, but we had many scenes like that."

"I wanted to hold you more." Apo held me tighter. I could hear his heart beating. "I felt, this might be my only opportunity to love a handsome man like you, Mile."

"I know. I still feel loved."

Apo raised his head and looked into my eyes. Our faces were inches apart.

"Love..."

"Strange right."

"Yeah."
