fractures and broken memories

"Mr. Park, you've seemed to fracture your arm, but don't worry it's not that severe." The doctor said with a smile, her smile lines showing while her eyes squinted.

"Oh Thank God." Jimin sighed in relief, looking at the arm that was wrapped in white gauze.

"It will heal in two weeks or so. Depends on how well you take of it." She said, while looking down at the brown clipboard she was holding.

"Don't worry, I will." He gave a grin to the doctor and stood up from the hospital bed.

"You're free to go Mr. Park. I'll tell your mother the instructions incase you forget." A chuckle escaped both of their mouths and Jimin bowed to the doctor, thanking her and leaving the room.

"Ma!" Jimin said to the worried woman, her distressed eyes turned relaxed as she ran towards him.

He was expecting a hug, but he was received with a smack on the back of the head.

He groaned, " What was that for?"

"Is that how you talk to your mom?" She lightly pinched his ears resulting in him to hiss.

"Okay alright Ma! I'm sorry." He chuckled looking at her mother's worried state.

"Why aren't you more careful Min? I told you not to go to the skateboard rink." She scolded the boy who was letting the words go through fro one ear to another.

And at that moment, he saw a slender figure walk out of the room. She had pitch black silky hair and milky white skin. She was the epitome of beauty to his eyes. Everything in the room had went mute. Everything else was a blur expect her. His mouth was slightly agape. Something had urged him to talk to her. Jimin felt as he knew her all his life. He swished his bangs back and he looked back to his mother.

"Hello?! Are you listening?"

"Ma, I'll be more careful from now onwards. I'll be right back, okay? Love you, bye!" He said, before dashing out of the corridor.

"That little piece of shit" The elder woman cursed.

He found himself outside the hospital. He observed the black automobile making a curve and then dissipating. Why did he think he knew so much about her but so little at the same time? He could tell they weren't butterflies because he began to feel a tight knot in his stomach. He had the impression that something dreadful was about to occur.

Worry grew all over him. Why did that girl make his heart do a cartwheel and make him worry at the same time. A taller figure entered the scene and woke Jimin out of his trance like state.

"Yo, Min." The male said.

"Oh, Taehyung? I didn't see you there." Jimin showed a toothy grin to his friend.

"Aren't you supposed to be resting?" Taehyung questioned.

"And that is what he should be doing?" The elderly woman came to the two boys with her arms crossed. " Where did you run off to?"

"Nothing Ma, I thought I saw someone I knew."

"Hmm, alright." His mother squinted her eyes looking at him up and down and turned to Taehyung.
