The country of Andéa was built on the principles of Unity, Peace and, most importantly, a strong sense of belonging which has allowed us alone to survive the collapse of human society. With the knowledge of a world divided and how it came to its inevitable end, The Board has compiled a list of guidelines to be observed by all, in order to prevent the tragedy of history from repeating itself. This document shall be henceforth known as The Procedure for Harmonious Living and its instruction shall ensure a safe future for all.
