Chapter: 1

The time during Sixteen era...

Like any ordinary day, a Japanese girl is shopping with her mom at the grocery store.

Suddenly, a news just came saying she was selected to be trainee at an entertainment company called JYP as there was an audition that she joined held here in Japan last time by the said entertainment.

Of course the mother and daughter were happy of the news, but then they came into a little argument.

Her parents were a little concerned at first, believing her ballet career for 11 years has been put to waste since she'll be giving it all up now to become an idol.

They just didn't know that ballet could help her reach her goals and her 11 years of learning the skill will not be put to waste.

She fought hard, telling her parents they were wrong, eventually they supported her, that's when she learned a little the Korean language first then flew to South Korea to reach her goal into becoming an idol.

She wasn't the only Japanese who was selected and flew to South Korea with her, but since she was quite an introvert she didn't interact with them so much at first, just enough to bow and greet each other.

She then eventually met her fellow trainees who are Korean.

By the time she entered the room where the trainees are they were sort of intimidated by her presence, most probably due to her appearance.

Her straight posture. Her long, straight hair that covered one of her eyes, and she barely smiled. A full package of a creepy ghost in a horror movie we could say.

But her fellow trainees still managed to greet her back when she said hi and bowed to them  they don't want to be rude after all.

Then that's where someone, a specific girl caught her attention despite one of her eyes were covered by her hair, her view of the girl was very clear.

Luckily the other trainees didn't seem to give her much attention which she doesn't mind, that gave her the unlimited time to eye over the girl that caught her attention.

The girl that caught her eye is petite, quite shorter from the rest of the trainees, and she doesn't know it but she loves the petite girl's smile, laughing while talking to the other trainees.

Suddenly the petite girl faced her direction, now that she saw her full front view she realized the petite girl had her own beauty mark just like her.

The mole on the petite girl's lower lip, she thinks it's very pretty of the young petite girl to have that.

And seeing the petite girl's mole, she isn't that insecure of the mole on her nose bridge and upper lip anymore.

The petite girl tilted her head and smiled at her, Mina looked away, thinking the petite girl might be creeped out that's she's staring at her for too long.

Before she knew it the petite girl and the other trainee she was talking to were in front of her and because of that she sort of flinched.

The petite girl and her friend waved at her, "Hi!! I'm Chaeyoung this is my friend Somi a trainee here too, you?" she introduced herself and her friend.

"Oh I-I'm Myoui Mina." she said softly and gave a little smile.

"Sorry what was that?"

"M-Myoui Mina" she replied a little louder.

"Oh I see, you must be one of the Japanese trainees that got accepted from the audition in Japan!" she said in surprise.

Mina could just nod, she didn't realize she's even more shy when she's around Chaeyoung compared to the other trainees.
