Dream and Quackity went into the car and Q started the engine. They rushed as fast as they could to the hospital. While they were driving, Dream felt kicking inside of his stomach. He was a bit scared to tell Q because he doesn't like to get disturbed. Quackity said to Dream

Quackity: I have to stop by to help George and Sapnap with their cake for karl(let's pretend it's Karl's birthday) soo be good and don't be a pain.

Dream waited in the car for 15 minutes. He can already tell he was feeling sick again, and luckily there was a nearby bin so he went out of the car a second and threw up in there and 15 minutes later, Quackity came out of George, Sapnap and Karl's Home and saw dream in pain, Q eventually held onto Dream and drove up to the hospital in Atleast it was a 20 minute ride.
