it was a Monday night, we see our favourite baldy walking home, Saitama who is covered in a bit of blue and green blood on his yellow superhero outfit, while walking home he hears a high-pitched scream in the distance, and being the hero for fun he rushes over to the direction and sees an 8ft monster terrorizing a little girl who seems to be no older than 8-year-old, Saitama walks over to the monster and does his singular punch which makes the monster splatter like a sandwich that hit the ground.
the little girl was speechless at what just happened, a bald guy in a weird outfit just saved her, her eyes started to prick and she started to cry as she was saved, Saitama looked over to the little girl and saw her crying, he panics a bit and quickly asked her if she was ok, the little girl hugged him tightly even though Saitama couldn't feel the grip. Saitama looked at the girl noticing her appearance, she had bright blue long hair with two horns coming out from the side of her head, scars on her arms and legs, and ragged clothing.
After a couple of minutes of the girl crying, she stopped and thanked Saitama, with the bald hero nodding, and starting to walk away. But what the bald hero didn't notice at first, was that the girl was following him, Saitama heard her little footsteps and turn to face her but she appeared right in front of him.
"Uh little girl, why don't you find your parents?" Saitama said in his bored tone of voice.
"I...i...I don't have parents." said the little girl.
"Oh...um a place to live?" Saitama answered back.
The little girl shook her head. She looks hesitant to ask the bald hero something until she got the courage and asked-
"C..can I s..stay w...with you!" the girl asked
*she doesn't have a place to stay, and it is too late now, I'll make a call in the morning*
"Ok you can stay the night at mine," said Saitama
The girl looked at Saitama with a shocked but teary expression and went and hugged him again, but this time for some reason the ground cracked, making Saitama notice and confusing him. Saitama decided to pick up the girl, put his shopping in his other hand, and started walking home with her falling asleep on the way.
The girl and Saitama finally made it to the apartment complex Saitama live in, the said baldy unlocked his door and walk to his living room with him putting the little girl in his futon, and letting her sleep there for the night, Saitama put his shopping away and went on his laptop, looking for a place to put her as he can't take care of the child, this was when he saw an ad about a place who take children in, but the catch is that the children have to be powerful. This caught Saitama's attention and he decided to call them after he remembered what happened earlier that night.
Time skip~
Saitama ended the call after having to explain stuff that he never wanted to say, and having to say why the child seems to be overpowered, this was when he heard a loud growl coming from the little girl's stomach and saw her in pain.
*she's hungry, then again she looks like she hasn't eaten in weeks, I guess I should make her something*
With that Saitama goes and makes her some food.
Sometime later~
Saitama goes and wakes the poor little girl up, and she gets up faster than he would've expected, the girl looked at Saitama with fear but calms down after seeing his plain face.
"Here, you looked like you haven't eaten in weeks so I made you beef stew, hope it's to your liking," Saitama said in his monotone voice.
The girl hesitated but ate the food which she loved. After eating the food she got tired and fell back asleep. Saitama got changed into his PJ and moves the girl without waking her up, he closes his eyes about the brace the darkness until the little girl hugged him tightly, and all he can hear was her saying-
