Disclaimer: I do not own The Promised Neverland or any art shown. (I wish I did because then Norman would've told Emma he loves her.)

"I'll become the next mom here."

"We've found the tracker."

"Scheduled check-in. Scheduled check-in. This is 73584, Plant three. October 17th, situation normal. Now ending transmission."

"Isabella?"

"Grandma!"

"I have a message from the boss. 'Those four can still be shipped out as scheduled, right?' ...Listen, Isabella. This year, the other plants have overall been bearing poor fruit. Only your plant can deliver the supreme goods that will be offered at the Tifari."

"Yes, I've understood that from the beginning. Please give the boss this message. 'Everything is going fine. You can have any child at any time.'"

It was currently free time, and you were in the trees. You made it look like you were playing with the kids by moving around in that area, then dashed off to meet with the others. Luckily, you were no longer meeting at the wall.

"Yeah, no one would notice this," Ray said, checking his ear for the tracker.

"I never knew about a mark from when they took our blood," Norman said. "And it's something that disappears so quickly?"

"Yeah. I didn't even suspect it this whole time. I'm sorry," Emma apologized, holding a blue ball.

"No, you did well, Emma." Norman outstretched his arms. "We now know the location, shape, and size of the tracking device."

'He really does like her,' you thought while curiously gazing at Norman. "Now, we can move on to the next step."

"How to break it," you all said simultaneously.

"What do we do? If we cut it open to inspect it..." Norman began.

"Mom might comb through our hair and see it," you sat on the steps behind you.

"She'll catch on," Emma said.

"Yeah. But, regardless of whether we can break it easily or not, the tracking device implanted in us seems to be functionally simple," Ray mentioned.

"What? Simple?" Emma asked.

"That's because the signal can't specify an individual," you continued for Ray. "Without confirming, she can't tell where we are."

"When we get close to the gate or walls, it doesn't even notify her," he said.

"But it's still implanted," Emma stated.

"Yeah, and why?" Ray asked.

"They must be confident they can come after us as long as the tracking device is intact," you answered.

"Wait, does that mean if it does notify them, it'd be when the tracking device is destroyed?" Norman questioned.

"That's a possibility too," Ray said.
