Jisung sat in the library, trying to finish his homework in school rather than doing it at home.

School had ended 45 minutes ago, but Jisung decided to stay back and study more.

After studying for a few hours, Jisung decided to go home as he didn't want to worry his mother or make her mad.

He put most of his books back into his bag and slung it over his shoulder, picking up the few that would go in his locker.

He got up and walked out of the library, wanting to get out of the school as fast as possible.

As he took the turn that lead to the corridor, he bumped into someone and lost balance, almost tripping and falling.

"I'm s-sorry!"

"It's okay, but watch whe-"

Jisung did not look up or wait for a response from the other, speed walking out of there and walking straight to his locker.

He shoved almost everything into his locker and left the campus, walking home alone as he had told his friends to go.

Jisung glanced at his ring as he was walking to his house. It had changed colour.

Jisung stopped in his tracks and processed what happened, then it hit him. He had just bumped into his soulmate earlier.

"The heck Jisung? You bump into your soulmate and don't even realise? disappointing."

Jisung sighed and continued his walk home. He did not want to be late. At least now he knew it was someone from school.
