I'm used to being alone. Hindi sa wala akong kaibigan, kasi meron naman, madami sila actually. It's just that I always find peace when I'm alone. Walang nagsasabi sakin ng mga hindi ko pwedeng gawin. Walang nangingialam sa mga desisyon ko. Higit sa lahat, hawak ko yung oras ko.
My Mom and Dad are always asking me what I want to do after graduating. Do I have plans? Am I planning to pursue post-college studies? Or maybe take a review for my licensure examination? But every time they asked me that question, I would always give them the same answer.
"Gusto ko lang gawin lahat ng gusto ko hangga't hawak ko pa yung oras at pagkakataon. To live my life without regrets. I think that's the best gift I can give to myself."
But I never thought that along the way, I would meet this person. That I will meet him. The guy who made me realize that love is indeed a mystery waiting to be solved.
And then it came to me...it came to me that if I were to do the things that I wanna do. I want to do all those things with him. With him by my side.
