It has been almost 10 years since 2006. To pick up my pen, to write in this diary, the memories are just overflowing. Many have happened within these few years. The DBSK that I Loved is no longer working as a group of 5. Even though it hurts, I believe that they must have their reasons. No matter what their choices are, I will support them because I want them to be happy in their own ways. Not too long ago, we've stepped into 2015, a new year, a new beginning. Of course, there's going to be short goodbyes as our dearest JaeJoong, YooChun, Yunho and my greatest love Kim JunSoo will be moving onto their next stage of life, Army life!
Just by looking at this diary, I guess it's quite obvious that a lot has changed in my life. 2007, I got to know DBSK. They taught me that I would work towards my dreams no matter how long it will take. Putting my entire effort into the science world, I've managed to secure myself in an International Exchange Program. My time overseas (China) was definitely a great experience but needless to say I never once gave up on my DBSK songs and programs.
By 2010, I've successfully managed to move on to my Diploma education. Even though it's later than the rest of the people my age, I still refuse to give up. I have to admit the news in 2008 did cause quite a stir. At that point of time when it was announced that DBSK has decided to go their separate ways, I did almost think about giving up. During that time, I would still replay their songs, especially "Picture of You" and I would start thinking. What if I gave up? That would be a disappointment if they knew, I'm sure they'll also be disappointed in me as well. With that in mind, I put more efforts into it rather than be depressed all over again. Along with my friends, I've joined a club that I never thought I would.... Taekwondo Club. Something that Xiah JunSoo has once done, I would like to experience the things that he has done.
During free time in school, I've also gone out for a Part-Time job. That's where I got to know my 'Scandal Boyfriend' who happens to be in University at the point of time. He is a great boost to me as well, even though he knows that I've been delayed in education, he didn't mention anything about it. Instead, he offered his help in things that I could not understand in class. Even until now, he's still the 'Scandal' in my life. Besides him, I have made a lot of good friends online as well. My group of girls that does online Covers. Because of DBSK, we've got a common language and right now, we'll working on making more covers to share with the rest of the world.
2015, I would like to continue fighting for my future. From a girl who suffered lost and failure at 16, to a lady who will be stepping into the 26th year of her life. I've been through more than what others have and I've definitely benefited more. If I am able to meet DBSK in person, I guess I would want to thank them and to tell them the following.
"Because of you, I've managed to master up the courage to stand back on my feet. Because of that, I'm able to achieve what I have today. In 2015, I've enrolled myself into Bradford University, majoring in BioMedical Science (Hons). In the future, I will also face things with the same mind, Masters, P.hD, if there's a chance, I would want to take up the challenge. At it end of it I will announce with Pride, DBSK, Thank you for giving me an entirely different life.
