They didn't know that when they slept...

But it was around 1:30 am in the morning when Siddharth started squirming... Avu woke up... She found herself on his chest...

Avu sat on the bed, she couldn't understand why he was doing like that.. She shook him lightly...

Avu: Siddu? Kya hua? Siddu?

Siddharth didn't answered... But he slowly kept his head on Avneet's lap... Avneet was feeling little scared.. She caressed her hands over his head...

Avu(sweetly): Kuch chahiye?

But Siddharth couldn't talk... He started moaning...

Avu: Siddu? Yaar baata mujhe kya hua?
Sid(Panting): Mera haat pakdo na...
Avu: Kyu?
Sid: Please....

Avneet held his hands tightly....

Avu: Kya hua tujhe?
Sid: Pata nehi ajeeb sa lag raha hai... mera pura body bohot disbalanced lag raha hai...

Avneet became very much tensed...

Sid: Av-v-n-ee-t..
Avu: Haan Siddu main yehi hu bachha... tu na thoda deep breath le...

Avneet hugged him tightly... But Siddharth was feeling so so much bad that he was continously squirming and changing his position.. Avneet was holding him tightly...

Avu: Siddu aisa mat kar.. Calm down... Kya hua? Kya taklif ho raha hai bata...
Sid: ajeeb sa lag raha hai... mujhe samajh nehi aa raha kaise bolu...
Avu: Chakkar aa rahe hai keya?
Sid: Pata nehi....

Suddenly Sid started coughing... Avneet rubbed his back quickly... But he was panting and coughing too much...

Avu quickly took her phone and called Sonia auntie...

Avu: Hello..  hello... mumma... ekbaar ao na... please...
Sonia(scared): Kya hua?
Avu(crying): Pata nehi mumma.. Siddharth ko kuch ho raha hai...
Sonia: Ruk.. ruk...

The call ended*

Avu started crying....

Sonia auntie came within seconds*

Sonia: Kya hua?

She lovingly took Sid from Avneet and hugged him tightly... She rubbed his back and caressed him...

Sonia: Siddharth Kya hua?
Sid: mumma....
Sonia: Haan bolo beta... keya hua...

Then Siddharth suddenly screamed and started crying...

Avu got too much scared...

Avu: Ohhh God!!!! Mumma Siddu ko keya ho geya?
Sonia: Avneet tum pahele rona bandh karo... tum sirf roye jaa rahi ho... Siddharth ko keya hua ye pahele dekho...

Avu somehow controlled herself and wiped her tears...

Sid: Mumma pet mein dard ho raha hai bohot...
Sonia: Aise nehi rote beta... kuch nehi hoga.. thik ho jayega.... Sssh....

Sonia auntie broke the hug and made him lay properly on Avneet's lap...

Avneet caressed her hands sweetly over his head and forehead..

Sonia: Siddu... chup.. chup.. aise nehi rote... dard aur bar jayega...
Avu: Mumma oil se rub kardo na....
Sonia: Haan.. Shai kaha....

Sonia auntie brought the oil and started rubbing his lower abdomen slowly...

Siddharth grabbed Avneet's dress tightly in pain... But slowly he calmed down as he was feeling a little relief but he was continously coughing and panting..

Sonia: Avneet tum ab thoda rub karo... Main tumhare papa aur Jai ko uthati hu...
Avu: Haan mummy...

Sid: Avneet... mujhe na lag raha hai Main aaj hi mar jaunga...

Avneet's eyes became teary...

Avu: Siddu aisa nehi kahete... kuch nehi hoga...

Siddharth then got up and hugged her tightly.. Avneet hugged back..

Avneet sweetly kissed his neck and rubbed his back...

Siddharth was continously coughing.. Avneet broke the hug to see if was alright.. But as she broke the hug she was shocked.. Siddharth was vomiting blood again...

She had hemophobia.. So she was very much scared of blood.. She left Sid and got up from the bed.. She just ran away from there, shivering..

But as they were sitting in the edge of the bed, Siddharth got disbalanced as Avneet left him suddenly he fell down and fainted...

On the other hands Avneet sat down near the door and started crying vigorously and screaming..

Avu: Mummaaa... khoon... khoon...

Her whole dress was covered with blood...

Amandeep uncle, Sonia auntie and Jai came quickly and was shocked to see Avneet.. But Sonia auntie quickly rushed to Siddharth...

She took Sid on her lap and sprinkled water on his face...

Sid again started coughing and blood was coming continously...

Sonia auntie quickly took a towel and kept in front of his mouth...

Jai hugged Avneet...

Avu(stammering): Jai... khoon... Jai.... mujhe bohot dar lag raha hai... khoon... khoon...
Jai: Chup... di... shant hoja.. please.. you have to overcome you fear today... Jiju to teri zaroorat hai.. Ja.. please...

Avu took out all her courage and said...

Avu: Tu sahi kahe raha hai... tab achanak se khoon dekh ke maine use chod diya... sorry Siddu...

She cried but then controlled herself and slowly got up... She looked at Sid... She started coming slowly... Her hands were still shivering I'm fear...

Sid was almost senseless but he was muttering..

Sid: Av-v-ne-neet

Sonia: Avneet tum thik ho na?
Avu: Haan Haan mummy...

She hugged Sid tightly but closed her eyes as she couldn't see the blood...

She took him on the bed... Siddharth's vomiting stopped slowly... But the Bed, Avneet and Sonia auntie's dress, everything was covered with blood..

Avu(sobbing): Mumma... keya ho geya Siddharth ko?
Sonia(sighed): Avneet, Siddharth ka vomiting abhi stop hogeya.. tum usko thoda clean kardo main pharsh saaf kar leti hu..
Avu: Haan mummy...

Avu brought a wet towel and cleaned Sid's face and hands... Then she opened his shirt and cleaned him...

Avu was totally shivering doing all this but her immense love for him encouraged her...

Then Avneet changed her clothes too...
