Irene's POV:

Today yung cabinet meeting. Of course I am nervous no! How do Ate Imee and Bonget manage to do this everyday?

"Kuya, wag na lang kaya ako? I am nervous ehh. What do I know about cabinet meetings kase."

"'Gaga! You know nothing siempre. Bakit kase yung cabinet meeting ang kino concern mo. Don't mind the process. Mag focus ka sa meeting mismo. Ilaban mo yang budget ko dyan ha,  pag balik ko mamaya at negative yan, lagot ka talaga sakin!'

"Eh kase, kung hindi mo isinabay yang Senate session mo, edi no need na palitan kita, ate" I then tap Bong on his left arm to get his attentiion, " Bonget!! Don't be too hard on me later ha!"

"I can't promise that, Irene. I have to be neutral. Just stand on your grounds. You should be fine."

Today sucks. Nakaka inis tong dalawa na to.

I haven't told Greggy pa pala. Just let me get through today ng hindi ko nasisira ang pangalan ng pamilya ko.

Greggy's POV:

Today's our second day here in Cebu.. five more days at uuwi na ako kay Irene. Hindi pa yun nag te text, hindi pa tumatawag. She should be up by now ahh. Oh come on!! Eto na naman si Isabel. Anong gusto na naman nito!

I have to endure her presence pa later, at tonight yung first program para sa weeklong celebration na to.

'Hi Greggy, good morning. Nasa cabinet meeting pala si Irene today no? Is she going to be part of politics na?'

What? Cabinet meeting? Si Irene? No!! Not my wife!

Fuck. What is she up to? Puro lalaki dun ahh!

"Just helping out. But no, she's not going to enter politics."

'Yeah? Parang hindi naman ganun sa post ni Imee! Look!'

FUCK. Ano to? Bakit ganito suot nya? Sinabi ko na kasi ipa ayos yung buhok! Isa pa Irene, isang isa ka pa. Pag uwi ko, kalbo ka talaga.

Damn. My wife is going to be the center of attraction not only for cabinet members but for all the media present.

Cultural Communities? Irene's well versed on the area that I know.. she will eat all of them alive. As much as I hate how beautiful she is today ng wala ako doon. I am so proud of her.

Irene's POV:

I have to call Greggy muna bago kami mag start. Not that he is expecting my call pero I want to hear his voice.

"Love? Good morning.."

'Yeah?'

"Proxy ako today kay Ate ha? Kasabay ng meeting sa cabinet yung session nya sa senate eh."

'I think I have made it clear that nothing that you do concerns me anymore'

"Greggy, I thought I should let you know"

'Why?'

"Asawa kita ehh."

'Not for long.'

What? Maghihiwalay na kami? Makikipag hiwalay na ba siya? "I'll handle the Committee on…"

'I don't give a damn, Irene. Stop playing like the good wife.'

"I'm not! Greggy naman. I just wanted to let you know.."
