(I just love Stiles! I just couldn't resist)

After reading that book on sleep paralysis, Addilyn has been sleeping quite well. She made sure to get 6-8 hours of sufficient sleep and always made little movements like moving her fingers before she sleeps and when she gets up. Even at school, it wasn't all that bad. Maybe her coming to peace with the fact that she'll be staying in New York kind of helped but of course there was still that hope in her heart she'd go back again. There was still some learners were still taunting her about the fact that she wore smelly gum clothes in the bus and cover their noses when she walked by but she managed to close that off. When the day ended, Addilyn made her way to the bus stop. She was, as usual, deep in thought until a voice broke her train if thought. "Hey Addy!" She didn't even need to turn around and look to know exactly who it was calling her. And besides, no one else calls her Addy. Priscilla caught up to her and was trying to match her fast pace. "So you still up for tonight?" she asked and Addilyn responded with a nod of her head. Priscilla squealed causing Addilyn to cover her ears. "Great! We should sit next to each other in the bud so we can discuss the details more!" she smiled as she squeezed Addilyn's hand. She wondered what could've happened if she declined the offer. Once they arrived at the bus stop, there were a couple of students already waiting for the bus. Addilyn looked around for a place to stand that wasn't to crowded but she ended up seeing Jacob and that blonde girl she beat at dodgeball. What was her name again? Actually, she didn't even want to know her named. She wanted them to remain strangers to each other. She quickly looked away so that she wouldn't make eye contact with either of them but unfortunately, Priscilla noticed Addilyn was looking in their direction and pulled her to the direction they were standing. Grunting, she followed Priscilla. But then again, it's not like she had a choice. The dang girl was pulling her hand, holding her hostage. Once they were seen by Jacob and the blonde girl, Priscilla waved her hand vigorously. Jacob waved back at her and smiled at Addilyn. It would've been rude if she didn't smile back so she obviously awkwardly smiled at him. But his friend obviously had no interest in her. "Hey guys!" Priscilla, as usual due to her personality, smiled brightly while Addilyn stood quietly behind her. "Hey," Jacob greeted back warmly. "So you guys coming?" she asked. "What?" Addilyn's eyes widened. 'They're invited too?' she thought. "What?" Jacob and Priscilla asked in unison. Addilyn cleared her throat and asked, "They're invited too? I didn't know you were friends with them, that's all," Addilyn explained. Priscilla nodded whilst maintaining her signature smile. Addilyn closed her eyes and sighed. 'Oh great.' "You're coming too?" Jacob asked, sounding a bit too excited. "It was a last minute thing but yeah, I am," she shrugged. "Oh, Scilla. Did you feel pity towards the new girl?" The blonde girl finally said something even though Addilyn preferred it when she stayed quiet. Addilyn glared daggers at her while Priscilla tried to diffuse the bomb. "Not really. She seemed like an interesting person to get to know and have as a friend," Priscilla awkwardly chuckled. "So what's the address?" Addilyn asked avoiding the blonde girl's gaze. "Oh, hold on." Priscilla set her bag down and kneeled as she took out a book and a pen. She opened the book and quickly scribbled something before tearing a piece of paper and handing it over to Addilyn. She quickly glanced at the address and scrunched up her nose once more. "Oakwood street? I don't really know that place," she said, slightly embarrassed. She didn't know why she felt like that because it's not her fault she doesn't know anything about this place. "It's find. I can take you there. Well dad will," Jacob suggested. Priscilla's eyes widened. "You know where she lives?" she gasped. Jacob chuckled and replied, "We live in the same neighborhood." Priscilla looked back and forth between Jacob and Addilyn. "So you guys are friends already?" she asked. Jacob scratched the back of his neck. Priscilla didn't even give him the chance to respond. "This is actually coming along great, right Addy?" She looked back to Addilyn who wasn't paying attention to the conversation anymore. "Yeah yeah, of course," she nodded. As Priscilla resumed with her squealing, Addilyn looked over the the blonde girl. 'She's awfully quiet.' She tilted her head wondering what was she thinking about. 'What was her name again?' Since they'll be at the same party, she decided that she might as well at least know her name. 'Becky? Brittany? No, it was Bethany. That's it!' She must've been staring at her for too long because Bethany looked at her, no, glared at her and shrugged as if asking "What are you looking at?" Addilyn quickly shook her head and averted her attention to Priscilla and Jacob. Luckily Priscilla came to the rescue once again and broke the ice by saying, "Oh look! Here comes the bus," she pointed. Addilyn sighed in relief thanking the heavens above. But then again, she wasn't in the clear as of yet since she'll be sitting next to Priscilla. She was a kind girl, do t get her wrong, but she sure was one chatterbox. 'Oh this is going to be one long ride home.'
