Chapter 10: the wrath ring

No one's POV

The soft sounds of cars and horns of the city shout in the distance. Y/n sleeping soundly in his apartment with dreams do being reunited with his family. For tomorrow has finally come. Blitzo and the others were invited to the wrath ring by Stolas. It was the perfect opportunity since everyone was going. He couldn't to see them again.

Timeskip

Everyone was in the as they entered the vehicle elevator to wrath. The wait was becoming more and more unbearable. The wrath was so close yet time seemed to pass ever slower with the coming seconds. Though sitting next to Loona made it all a bit easier. Cause she seemed to notice the worry of her mate.

So she gently pecked his cheek and laid her head on his shoulder. Y/n calmed down as he repeated her actions.

"Don't worry y/n it won't be too long now. I'm sure you'll be happy to see them again." Loona said in a soothing tone.

"Thank you Loona. I'm just nervous. This is the first time in so long and they think I'm still dead. What do I do?" Y/n said voicing his concerns.

It was then Moxxie pitched in.

"Don't worry I understand your concerns y/n. Me and Millie ran away from her family and eloped. It was awkward when we finally met them again but in the end it worked out. My only advice is prepare the harsh words for they are only temporary." Moxxie said.

"Yeah besides your outfit you made must be special." Blitzo said.

Y/n wore a dark tan leather jacket with a set of dark blue pants with a brown belt. His boots were black and had wheel spikes on the back. Finally he wore a cowboy like hat with a feather on the left side and a bandana on his neck as well as his bandages though his hand were covered with cattleman gloves.

"Yeah I'm finally heading back to wrath where I was born I wanted to look the part so that I can be prepared sort of."

Finally the doors opened and the van began moving. They were finally in the wrath ring. It was just as y/n remembered it. The sky was a hellfire red, volcanos dotted the background with some containing sunlike spheres above them dripping lava. The field were littered with cactuses and skulls with herds of demon animals walking along the blazing dirt.

Y/n looked out the window in pure joy. He was home again. The memories of his life with his parents came flooding back. Where his father taught him how to manage the animals and how to ride a hell horse. Where his mother would lick his wounds while he was crying and read him bedtime stories.

"I'm home." Was all he said as the van drove down the road.

Loona was happy for her mate. This was the most happy she had seen him ever. While she herself was amazed by the scenery of the wrath ring. Time passed until group came up on a ranch. There two imps were waiting at the front door. When the van had reached the destination Millie jumped out with vigorous joy as she ran towards her beloved parents.

'Don't worry mom and dad I'll be home soon.' Y/n thought while looking at Millie.

As the group became acquainted with their chaperones y/n had an epiphany. He walked away from the group as he placed two fingers in his mouth and whistled.

Blitzo and the others looked towards y/n in confusion. They wondered why y/n was whistling until a the sound of a animal was heard. In the distance a majestic beast galloped towards them. It was a hell horse a native creature to the wrath ring.

"Diablo!" Y/n shouted as the hell horse stopped  in front of y/n.

"I missed old friend!" Y/n said embracing the head of his old companion.
