Chapter One: The Journey Begins

In Kanto on route one a young man wearing a red shirt, blue shorts, and white tennis shoes with brown hair and white skin opened up his green eyes to see the sky this young man was Austin Kion. 

Austin: Where am I? 

Austin felt something in his right hand he looked at his hand to see a familiar device.

Austin: An Arc Phone

The device called an Arc Phone then turned itself on and a message popped up on the screen. 

Austin: Dear Austin, sorry for transporting you from your universe to mine, I'll keep this brief basically because I still have a lot of things to do to maintain the universe, basically I saw how much knowledge you have about Pokémon, and I need someone to help Ash become the best trainer and you seem to be the best candidate for the job, I'm not asking you to travel with him I just want you to share a small part of your knowledge mainly the type advantage and Pokémon knowing moves beside their type, there are six Pokeballs in front of you I know how much you like Riolu and Lucario so I made a Riolu your starter Pokémon, the Arc Phone you have functions the same way as it does in Pokémon Legends Arceus but this one can call people and functions like a Pokedex, simply hold the back of the phone towards the Pokémon or Pokeball and it will do the rest, don't worry about the Arc Phone being stolen only you can hold and turn it on you also don't have to worry about it running out of power either, also I deposited a hundred thousand dollars into the phone so you can buy the necessary supplies you'll need when you reached Veridian city, your back ground information will also be displayed on the phone, finally you have several hours before Ash wakes up so what you do before you meet him is up to you. From Arceus 

PS You also have potential to become an Aura Guardian so your allowed to carry all of your Pokémon with you, Ash also has potential to become an Aura Guardian, but he'll unlock it when he goes to Rota, also there will be some Pokémon from other regions that can be found worldwide for example you can find an Absol in Kanto not saying there is one in Kanto that's just an example, also things won't be the same as they were in the anime for example the Pokedex will be replaced with a Rotom Phone, one last thing Pokémon are allowed to use as many moves as they want in battle not the limited four, also TMs are a part of this world where the levels of Pokémon are not real.

Austin was talking all of the information in for about ten minutes before he looked at the Pokeballs in front of him he grabbed one and scanned it to reveal it had Riolu inside it, the Riolu was female, had the inner focus ability, she has the moves Quick Attack, Endure, and Feint, she also had the egg moves Blaze Kick, Mind Reader, and High Jump Kick all were locked, Austin tossed the Pokeball into the air causing it to burst open and the little Emanation Pokémon then came out.
