I was at home playing Pokémon Scarlet, then all of the sudden I woke up on route one ten years old again and by my side was an Arc Phone right next to me along with six Pokeballs. OC Insert

Austin, Rosa, and Lucario then appeared in Cerulean City thanks to Kadabra's teleport, a day had passed since Austin defeated Lorelei and no one who witnessed couldn't believe it, Ash was trying to get Austin to teach him how to command Pokémon through eye contact, Misty was livid that Austin not only beat her sister with just a Raticate but also beat her idol, Brock was trying to learn how he got his Lucario so strong, Lorelei just gave Austin a piece of paper with her number on it and left the gym winking at the young man which made Rosa and Lucario jealous, and Surge was just bewildered.
Austin: Alright let's get to Route 10.
After Austin returned Kadabra to his Pokeball the young man then felt two wights on his arms.
Austin: Could you two please stop clinging to my arms already?
Rosa/Lucario: No
Ever since Austin got Loreli's number the two girls were cling to Austin's arms to prevent him from being taken away from them. Austin let out a sigh as the three of them walked towards route 9. When they finally got onto the route the girls let go of Austin's arms allowing the young man to move them freely again when they reached the water at the end of the route Austin caught a male Horsea with the sniper ability and the egg moves splash and flail both unlocked.

The group then continued onward to route ten where Austin brought out Gyarados to take them to the abandon powerplant that was further down the river when they arrived Austin returned his Gyarados to its pokeball.
Rosa: This is the abandon powerplant?
Austin: Yeah it is, let's just get in and get out I heard that Zapdos likes to rest here to recover from exhaustion or battles.
Rosa: No argument here.
The group then proceed into the abandon power plant, after five minutes of looking there wasn't a single Pokémon in sight.
Rosa: I thought you said this place would have lots of electric Pokémon?
Austin: It should be, Lucario could you please use your aura to find the Pokémon?
Lucario then used her aura to find the Pokémon that were living in the abandoned power plant.
Lucario: There all in the room that leads outside beyond the wall.
Rosa: Why are they all gathered in one room?
Austin: I think I know why but hopefully I'm wrong.
The group then proceeded through the power plant till they arrived at the room where all the Pokémon were found, Austin peeked around the corner to see all the electric Pokémon were looking after a wounded Zapdos.
