y/n clinged her arms around her knees pressed against her chest, resting her back against Eddie Munsons marble black clothes drawer producing sorrowed tears. Regardless of being trapped in the upside down, it was worth saving Eddies life over. y/n wouldn't have changed her mind of what she did.

Two years ago, previously before entering the upside down to defeat Vecna

A lingering smell of scotch and bourbon overcrowds a secluded bar in the middle of nowhere, Hawkins Indiana. Pushing the stained glass doors open y/n approaches inside the bar. Eddie had left a note in y/n's locker of a location and time. She knew exactly what this meant. This wasn't her first Corroded Coffin concert.

Y/n let Robin and Nancy dress her up for this special occasion. A tight leather black skirt, sparkly blood red sleeveless top with a leather jacket. With all means this wasn't y/n's style but tonight was the night to catch Eddies attention. And it sure did work

Eyes were staring down y/n, she could feel it as she was standing on the dance floor. y/n wasn't there for the alcoholic beverages but for Eddie Munson.

His gaze was upon her on the stage, as he held his warlock guitar he admired to the bone. y/n felt her breath taken aback, feeling lighter than butterflies.

Eddie strums the fuck out of his guitar, sending thundering fury's to the little crowd he had, out of the few his eyes were on y/n the whole concert.

time truly does fly when you're having a good time. Corroded Coffin finished their gig for tonight, even starting to pack up all their equipment into Eddies Van. y/n makes her way to Eddie on the stage. By her observation Eddie Munson was looking for y/n aswell.

Munson jumps down from stage "y/n, y/n, y/n..... had me distracted the whole concert." She approaches only a few inches apart from his face, y/n looks up at Eddie with a gentle smile "sounds more like a "Freaks" problem than my own." Eddie The Banished chuckles "well this freak is on his way to a party, would madam like to come with me?"

Y/n acts with a sudden of shyness "I've never been to one before" Eddie acts shocked, placing both hands on his cheeks "WHAAAAT?" Eddie laughs a little "just pickin with ya y/n. You don't have to come if you don't want to"

Y/n replies to the jokester rapidly "I wanna go with you, Ed's" Munsons expression changes into a more gentle one "okay y/n, I'll drive"

They both exit out the bar heading to the metalheads van. Eddie opens y/n's door on her side "after you madam." He says with a smile. y/n hops in the passenger seat of her crush's van. Eddie and y/n soon after get on the road, Munson driving like a speed demon. Patting his steering wheel to his loud metal music. y/n has her window rolled down with her hand out the window letting her fingers fly with the wind as she performed a childish grin. "May I pick the next track Ed's?" Eddie glances over at y/n for a couple seconds "as long as it's not the smiths or sappy shit then of course y/n!"

Y/n leans forward opening the glove box searching for a specific tape "so, I found this song in a track store I admired alot and it reminded me of you" her eyes grow big into excitement when she finds the song she discovered in the track store. "Its up there with one of my favorite songs now" y/n smiles as she pops it into the van. Within seconds Eddie Munson looks at y/n "Badlands by Metal Church!" Y/n places her hand on Munsons thigh "yes Ed's!" In the twilight it's impossible to notice Eddie Munson blushing behind the steering wheel. "You- your music taste is amazing y/n"
