I am Judith. I was born in Waylla, 15 years ago when Ignis destroyed my town in their search for „gifted" people. They fooled everyone that we were cursed because of our ancestors' sin. The sin we call rebellion. Everyone died in that day, including my mother. She hid me in our house basement and some travelers found me after the siege. They died when I was 4. Since then, I had to survive all alone in this cruel world. I had to bear injustice, suffer, sadness, pain, abuse and fights. I was found by an old man when I was 6. He was a very good warrior that fought in the rebel's army. He stood up in front of Ignis and defended his ideals, his rights, his freedom... Everybody's freedom! His name is Ben... Ben Holz.

When most of the soldiers gave up, he still believed in him, in freedom and in his comrades that were still on the battlefield. He had to surrend, but it didn't pass not even a single day without fighting in his own way against the tyrrany. He is my master, my friend and my only family. I was „cursed" to be a sorcerer. My powers were increasing everyday so he had to teach me how to control and how to use them in combat. He taught me a lot of things. One day, we were practicing the old language, Beledrian. We kept talking and laughing all evening like we always do. Sometimes he is talking to me about the world, about what I will do in the future, about what him. He took his book and he started reading and then, he suddenly asked me:

- Child, this language is the only thing that reminds us the past.. The past when we were all happy.. Freedom is life!

- Eeoh Daeg Ingwar Sigel.

- Yes... That's right... Remember these words like the blue skie you see now. Everyone has it's own sky. When I look up, I see an ocean blue, birds that are flying over it, and I feel more free than ever. This is the sky I chose to look at. For me, freedom is the life itself cause it's giving you a chance, a purpose, a dream. When your soul is free, when your mind is free, when your whole nature is free, that's when you feel most alive. You need to be free to dream, to choose your own destiny , free to make your own mistakes, to be wrong, to be sorry, to love, to make your own future and then live in it after your decisions! That's real life, this is the right we all have and no one can take it from us! That's what I feel when I look at my sky and I'm very happy that I chose it. So you have to always remember this, like the sky you see now, your own sky. Now, I know I might have bored you with all these things but I need to make sure you understand and that you are on the right path and you will never deviate from it.

- Master, I'm not bored... I like to listen to all your advices and stories. You're my idol! I wish I could have the chance to fight for freedom and destroy Ignis!

- First, you don't need a chance, you need will. Second, I like the thing that I could inspire you and that you want to fight for what you wish, but all this hate you have for them, you have to control it. Or else it will consume you, you'll want revenge and you will take the wrong path.

- I know... I will try but I won't promise anything. I can't forgive them for what they did to this world, for what they did to me!

- No one can... But let's talk about something else. I think it's enough training for today. You are free.

- Eh.. Master! I have to tell you something very important!

- What is it? You look nervous...

- I want to go and search for my father...

- Wha...?!

Master's face darkened and suddenly his kind smile dissapeared. I shouldn't have said that so suddenly but I still did it anyway. I knew he would worry about me and that he would turn upset, but I had to do that. He thought about something and then, after some moments, his usualy smile returned and with a gentle voice he told me:

- Huh... I keep talking about freedom but all I do is to keep you here. You have 16 years so.. I guess.. You are old enough to be free to do what you want... But I just wanna ask you a question. Why now?

- Master, please! I don't want to leave nor upset you! But you have to understand me! I need to find him, look into his eyes and ask him where has he been and why he abandoned my mother! You don't have to worry about me! I know how to survive alone, I am a trained sorcerer and I even know the old language! I will be fine... I will be back... I'll go at sunset. I will pass the high hill and then I'll go straight to the port. From there I will take a ship. Please... Talk to me! Look at me! Say something!

But he wouldn't look at me and he wouldn't speak. I had to let things how they were at that moment and I went to prepare what I needed for the journey. I couldn't stop thinking about it though. The time to go, came. I took my bagage and I went to say goodbye to my master but I couldn't find him. He avoided me ever since that fight. I left the house and I started walking to the hill. I couldn't stand that it had to end up like this!

For some time the forest covered the view to the town. I was thinking about what I will do when I leave the town and I get to Etris, the capital of Waylla. From where I would start searching? I didn't know anything about him... Or mom... Or any other person beside master... I looked back a last time, when suddenly I had felt the earth running off my feets. I couldn' breathe... I was shocked... Before my eyes was the town in fire! My heart stopped for a moment... Master's face came into my mind and then I started running back towards home. My eyes were fiiled with tears and my heart was racing. I was so scared, I felt like I was followed by the death itself and I was running for my life.

I entered the town that was on fire. My speed grew up as all I would see were houses destroyed... Houses in which people I knew lived... People that were dead. Groups of soldiers from Ignis were all over the place, killing people. I felt like I was in a really bad nightmare. My feets were running by themselves but before I knew... They stopped. I arrived home. Tears showered down my cheeks. This time my heart really stopped. I started screaming and I fell down on my knees. The house I grew up in was burning... And my master... My friend... My only family... Was lying dead on the ground with a lot of blood on him.
