Tomoko was staring awestruck at Izuku, sitting at the same table as him and the two girls that he dated.
She couldn't help it! The boy she had a crush on not only took an interest in her, but also had a Quirk that made his life a video game!
Suddenly, Katsumi snapped in her ear, getting her attention. "Oi, quit droolin' all over the table!"
"Oh, give the girl a break Katsumi!" Rumi half-heartedly chided the blonde bomber, "Izuku just told who I know to be the biggest gamer in our school that his quirk makes real life a video game!"
"I, uh... yeah, it's..." Tomoko muttered quietly, embarrassed and still shell-shocked. Katsumi rolled her eyes, while Izuku chuckled good-naturedly.
"It's a surprise, huh?" Izuku asked rhetorically.
"Surprise doesn't even cover a tenth of what I'm feeling right now, honestly..." Tomoko trailed off, still processing the veritable bombshell that just dropped on her world-view.
"Well, no reason to play around. We can go do an easy dungeon. Oooor, me and Izu could go find a quiet little corner and see where hormones take us." Rumi suggested, wiggling her eyebrows.
"No, you fucking horndog! We have some grinding to do!" Katsumi said, getting a nod from Rumi.
"My thoughts exactly. You wanna go grind with me, Izu? I don't even mind if you bring another girl along, but I get to go first."
"I- I don't need an easy dungeon!" Tomoko blurted out, causing the other two girls to start laughing. "Wh-what?! I've got tons of experience with RPGs!"
"Ah, Tomoko, we aren't denying or even doubting your skills," Izuku started tactically, "It's just that, well, we learned the hard way what it's like jumping into an unknown dungeon unprepared."
"B-but, I, well," The goth stammered, only to be shushed by the bunny girl.
"No 'buts' girlie," Rumi said seriously, "I got a very intense crash course and it was rough. You'll take the tutorial, trust me, you'll need it."
Tomoko whined at that, but ultimately acquiesced to the requirements. She didn't like it, but she didn't have much of a choice in the matter.
"Besides! Our good ol' harem protagonist over here will keep things interesting. That and his bullshit stacking rules when it comes to the actual perk." Rumi added, trying to brighten the girl’s mood on the matter.
"H-Harem protagonist?" Tomoko asked, suddenly wondering what type of game it was.
Izuku sighed and swiped the info for it over to her, simultaneously realizing that all the girls around him have red eyes.
'Huh. He already has a bunny girl and a bombastic girl on him, both of them emitting massive subby vibes, so now the cute goth girl is the next step, right?' Tomoko theorized, a silly little smile finding its way onto her face.
Tomoko read the brief description of the skill and realized very quickly how busted it was. But, then she wondered how her own stats would skew the scale, she wasn't quite as strong or as dexterous as the other two, but would her stats actually affect the bonuses he gets from this skill?
"That's what those two are talking about, I know it's pretty weird, and I'm not trying to pressure you to join or anythi-" Izuku began to explain, only to be cut off.
"I'll join." Tomoko interrupted, much to Izuku's shock. Katsumi and Rumi were pretty confident this was going to happen, however.
"Ah- wha- huh?" Izuku spluttered, but Tomoko remained resolute.
