We left the cafe and the girls and I decided to head to the beach.

"Okay I didn't bring a swimsuit so is it alright if we stop by the house quickly?" "Yeah of course." Mal smiled.

We got to the house and I walked in and saw Noah's parents Lucy and Cory in the living room.

"Hey Isadora." Lucy smiled. "Hi guys." I smiled back.

I went into my room and began to change into my swimsuit.

The swimsuit i decided to wear was yellow with blue flowers on it.

After I put on my swimsuit I put on jean shorts and a white tank top

After I put on my swimsuit I put on jean shorts and a white tank top. I also grabbed a bag and filled it with towels, waters, and sunscreen.

I noticed Noah wasn't home and I was hoping he wasn't at the beach.

I left my room and said goodbye to Lucy and Cory as I walked out of the house.

"Let's go!" Mal shouted playfully. Olive and I laughed as Mal's dad began driving.

The beach wasn't far from Noah's house but why walk when you can drive?

We made it to the beach in less than 5 minutes and said goodbye to Mal's father John.

We were walking to the beach and as we got closer I noticed the boys and mentally punched myself for even thinking they wouldn't be here.

"Hey!" Arlo shouted towards us. "Hey." We said.

Noah stood there looking at the floor.

So I guess it was going to be awkward now. Cool.

"Who's down to swim?" Luka shouted at us.

"I'll go." Mal and Olive both spoke. "Yeah i'll go in." I smiled.

"I'm always up to swim." Arlo smiled running into the water and we all followed.

We got in the water and started splashing each other.

It was fun. For the first time in a long time I actually felt genuine happiness.

We put our clothes back on and I was looking at Noah.

Fuck it.

"Hey!" I shouted to Noah walking up to him. He looked at me confused. "Yeah you." I spoke not as loudly as the first time because I was getting closer to him.

"We need to talk." I looked up at him. "Okay." He looked down at me.

Oh. That was easy.

We went away from the group and I looked at him.

"What is this?" I asked him, referring to our current situation. "What's what Isadora?" He asked dodging my question.

"You know what I mean Noah." I spoke annoyed. "What do you want me to say?" He asked getting slightly irritated.

I just looked up at him. "I kissed you and it's been awkward ever since. I don't know how to act around you or what to say because I don't know how you feel about me, but I don't want to ask because if I do that means there's a possibility that you don't feel the same attraction that I feel towards you." He rambled.

I was stunned. He just looked at me.

"You don't think I feel like that?" I paused looking up at him. "The tension between us is so thick you can cut it in half." I continued. "But the attraction that you feel, I feel too." I added.

We just started at each other, completely confused on what to say or do.

"Now what?" He asked me. "Where do we go from here?" He continued.

"I don't know." I answered honestly.

"Let's just take it slow, and see how everything plays out." He spoke grabbing my hand softly. "Okay." I agreed trusting this beautiful boy completely.
