Shuffles could be heard from the other room, as Y/N's voice reached Amethyst's ears.

"I am doing my best to quicken my pace..."
Y/N monotoned, before stepping into the living room wearing better threads.

Amethyst stares at Y/N's clothing of choice with awe.

"Is this... Acceptable?"
Y/N said, gesturing to his clothes.

Amethyst was speechless, her mouth hanging wide open.

"U-Uh, yeah! You look gooooood! GREAT, even! ....let's go!"
Amethyst cut her awkward mumbling by grabbing onto Y/N's hand and dragging him out the door.

"C'mon dude, you're supposed to be the one who reads the dictionary in his free time"
Amethyst scoffed.

"So... Where do you wanna go?"
Amethyst asks.

"Hm......coffee..."
Y/N muttered.

"Really, coffee on a first date? ...fine by me, dude! Big Donut it is! Gonna get me some jam filled donuuuuuts!"
Amethyst began to pick up her pace, dragging Y/N against his will.

"Is this what dates are? I failed to do my research on what a Date is, so... Pardon my cluelessness"
