After the whole Vecna debacle, Steve and Eddie had grown closer. They started to hang out outside of just the party.

They had shared trauma, and maybe that wasn't the best thing to build a friendship on, but they really enjoyed the others company.

Steve laid on the floor of Eddie's trailer, his arms and legs spread out. Eddie sat upside down on the couch, his head hanging off the seat. Robin, who was sitting in the recliner, had tagged along this time.

"Wait, so you guys got kidnapped by Russians?" Eddie's gave steve a look, clearly no believing the story.

"Yep." Steve said, drawing the word out.

Steve and Robin had been explaining the events of the past few years for the past two hours. There was a lot to cover.

"And Henderson and mini Sinclair were there...?"

"Yeah. They didn't get caught though. They escaped." Steve recalled the moment he told them to run. He hadn't really thought about the consequences of staying behind. The need to protect the kids overpowered any other thoughts.

"Right. And then they beat you up? Jeez, Harrington, have you ever won a fight?" Eddie chuckled slightly and Steve send a glare his way.

Robin looked up from the magazine she was reading and decided now was a good time to make a comment. "He beat up a Russian, but still. He's only won a fourth of his fights."

Steve scoffed before sitting up and moving his arms to pushing himself off the floor. "I'm gonna go to the bathroom real quick."

"Dude, you don't have to hide in the bathroom to cry. It's not that bad, I bet you'll win the next one." Eddie smiled at him.

"Dustin told me he cried in a car after Billy beat him up." Robin snitched.

"I didn't cry! Max was driving and I got scared, but I did not cry."

"Sure you didn't, big boy." Eddie mumbled.

Steve rolled his eyes and walked to the bathroom.

When Steve went to wash his hands, his fingers knocked into a small black tube.

Picking it up, he brought it closer to his face and read the label.

"Munson, why do you have eyeliner?"

Steve heard a thump of feet on the floor before the bathroom door creaked open.

"Ah, yes, that. Can't a man just want to feel pretty?" Eddie tossed his hair over his shoulder dramatically.

Steve scoffed and dried his hands before walking out of the bathroom, but stopped his movement when he felt a hand land on his shoulder.

He turned around to see Eddie grinning mischievously.

"Can I do your eyeliner?" Eddie waved the black container in his face.

"...what?" Steve just stared at the other dumbly.

"You heard me."

"Aww, you scared, Steve?" Robin yelled from the other room.

"Uhhhhh," Steve ignored Robin, again, and looked at the eyeliner in Eddie's hands, then back to the smile on the brunettes face. "Sure?"
