everybody in the line stared at us as we walked up to the shop, seemingly confused as to why a group of men in nice blazers were at a cutesy cake shop

"i thought we were gonna get actual food" ran said, looking a little disappointed as haruchiyo snickered, shaking his head

"idiot, you've never heard of this place?" they went back and forth, haruchiyo starting to talk about everything he knew about the place instead of listening to rans complaints

"are you hungry?" ryuguji looked at me, messing with my hair a bit as i shook my head
"no, im alright" i said, swatting his hand away and going up to all the sweets and cakes, a frown on his face from the action as he shoved his hands into his pockets

"okay." he muttered, walking towards his car and leaning on it as his eyes looked at everyone, watching silently

"i heard this ones good" i quickly looked to my right, seeing rin pointing at a carrot cake cheesecake, my eyes searching for it for a moment

"definitely getting that one" i grinned as he nodded, standing up straight and looking at the woman behind the counter

"we'll get 2 of these." he said, the lady smiling warmly as she got two slices, telling us the price before being interrupted

"rin look at this one !" ran said, excited over whatever he was looking and pointing at, rin trading the woman money for two containers

"pick one out for kakucho" rin quickly spoke and handed me one of the containers, going over to his older brother

i huffed in slight annoyance as i started looking for something that would be to kakucho and hajimes likings, feeling ryuguji's eyes on me, knowing he had something to say whenever we got back to the hideout

"are you guys almost done? mikey said to be back as soon as the mission was finished." ryuguji said, turning his attention towards the trio, who shrugged him off and continued what they were doing

"assholes."

"so the mission was a success?" kakucho asked, looking at all of us as we entered the door, haruchiyo nodding

"yeah, we're fuckin amazing" he let out a small laugh, starting to report everything that happened during our mission

"c'mon, we're gonna have a talk." i heard ryuguji's voice from behind me, feeling his fingers wrap around my arm and tug me forward

"but i haven't given kakucho hi-"

"tell someone else to do it."
he said, his face leaning down towards mine as he grabbed the containers, setting them down on a small table and continuing to drag me into a different room

nobody noticed we were gone as we entered his office, letting go of my arm before closing the door behind him

"so?" he said, crossing his arms as he stared at me, confusion on my face as i looked back at him

"what do you mean 'so'? i dont even know what the hell you're on about." he lowered his brows in annoyance

"if you want me to figure it out then fuckin say it" i huffed, ryuguji lowering his head and seeing i was thoroughly irritated as i went over to his desk, leaning against it and putting my hands in my pockets
