Lauren's POV
Everything seems to be the same since I've gotten that text message a few weeks ago. Lately I've been getting to hang out with Camz more, and honestly it's like the best thing in the world.
Valentine's Day is coming up, and I'm not sure what I should do. I know for sure that I want to surprise her with something. I want it to be unexpected, not anything cliche or extremely romantic since we're not dating. I just want it to make her smile, her smile is infectious and beyond gorgeous, ugh I can't get enough of it.
Just thinking about her makes me get these little butterflies in my stomach.
Walking down the corridors, going to my locker to get my lunch. As I was opening my locker, a note fell out "You're pathetic if you really think keeping Camila around you will stop me. I haven't started yet, but when I do, be prepared. Karma's a bitch." I guess I was wrong, everything's not the same. Do I tell Camz?
Camila's POV
Ever since Lauren came to lunch she seems a little off, like she's scared or something. I hope my Lolo is okay, I wouldn't want to do anything to make her down. She means a lot to me. I need to talk to her.
*****
I decided to just drive to her house, since I haven't really had the chance to talk to her. She's been distant, I wonder what's wrong. What if she doesn't like me anymore? Oh boy, I really hope it's not that; just the thought of it makes my chest tighten up.
I got out of my car, walking up to her front door, ringing the doorbell.
"Hi Camila," Lauren's little sister greeted me
"Hi, is Lauren here?"
"Yeah, she's upstairs, come on in," she replied while I walked inside.
I walked up the stairs, finally at Lauren's door, knocking. "Come on in," I heard the beautiful brunette say as I walked inside. "Oh, hey," she said shockingly. Did she not want to see me?
"Hey.." I responded
"What are you doing here?"
"I-I was just- I need to talk to you," I said stuttering.
"About what?" she questioned
"Why have you been so distant? You've been acting like that since you got to lunch," I said sternly "Do you not like me anymore? I questioned as a tear slid down my face.
After a moment of silence, she still didn't respond. "You could have just told me that," I said wiping my tear away. I ran downstairs and out of her house as quickly as I could.
This all feels a little to familiar. As I was about to get into my car, Lauren came running out. "Stop!" she shouted running towards me.
"What is it?" I questioned. She grabbed my waist and pulled me in, biting her bottom lip. Oh how that turns me on so badly, and with that she kissed me as I reciprocated, lingering a little longer than usual.
"I don't want to lose you," she said genuinely.
"I don't want to lose you either."
"I'm so sorry I've been distant, I've just been worried."
"About what?" I questioned
She began to explain everything, and I couldn't help but notice how cute she looks when she's serious. "It's okay, I forgive you. Don't worry about them, only us. I don't like anybody, but you anyways," I replied pulling her in giving her a gentle kiss on her lips while she reciprocated.
I could really get used to kissing her a lot more, I thought as our little gentle kiss turned into a make out session.
A/N: Sorry I haven't updated in a while..I've been kinda busy and haven't had time to update. I know this chapter is really short, but it's somewhat of a filter for now. I'm thinking about deleting my story for multiple reasons at the moment, but I'm going to see where things go..Again I apologize for the late update and I'm sorry if there are any errors, I'm not really great at writing..
