Camila's POV

These past few weeks have been amazing. Lauren and I have been dating for almost a month now, just a few more days.. I have the best surprise for her and I honestly can't take it anymore, I swear, sometimes I'm literally the most impatient person ever.

Arriving at school, having the same normal day as usual. Time going by so fast in all the classes I have with Lauren as always. Sometimes, I swear that time just speeds up everytime I'm with Lauren. It really sucks.

-

Second period bell ringing, leaving Physical Education to go to Social Studies. Walking into my third period class, sitting down at my desk doing my usual bell ringer that we do everyday. As I was doing my work, Kaitlynn comes and sits next to me "Hey Camila," She says smiling.

"Oh, Hey," I responded back smiling, while continuing to finish up my work.

"So um.. I was wondering if you wanted to hang out today after school," She said nervously.

"Um.. Sure. What time?" I questioned.

"Great, I'll pick you up at 6 cutie," She said while winking and walking off to her friends.

Did she just..? Maybe I'm getting things all confused with her, who knows. It was probably nothing, although, I thought she was straight..I mean, isn't she dating Austin? Things are starting to get really strange.

-

The bell finally ringing for it to be lunch time! I gathered my things and walked with Lauren to our lockers, grabbing our lunches, walking off to our usual table we eat at.

"Whaadup dawgs," Dinah greeted us.

"Hey," Lauren and I both say in a unison.

"You guys wanna do anything after school?" Dinah questioned.

"Uh.. I can't. I have plans," I say as I take a bite of my sandwich, while Lauren gives me a questioning look. "Kaitlynn wants to hang out later," I responded, already knowing what Lauren wanted to know what I was doing later.

"What are you guys doing later?" Lauren questioned.

"I'm not sure, she just asked me if I wanted to hang out later after school in third hour," I replied, while Lauren begins gritting her teeth. "Don't be jealous babe, I don't even think of her like that, like at all. Plus, I think her and Austin are still dating, ugh what did I even see in him," I tell the gorgeous brunette with the most mesmerizing green eyes I've ever seen. I love how every single time I look into her eyes, I feel like she's looking into my soul.

"I'm not jealous," She says looking down.

"Sure you aren't," I replied kissing her on the cheek, as she begins to smile.

"Aren't you a little suspicious? I mean, she was a complete bitch to you when you guys met," Normani said confusedly.

"I don't know, maybe she's changed or her and Austin broke up and she realized he was a player," I responded, not sure as to why she wanted to quite hang out later on today.

"Just be careful Mila," Ally joins in on the conversation. I'm surprised Dinah hasn't said anything yet, she's just kinda been staring at Lauren since I mentioned Kaitlynn's name. Did she know something I didn't?

-

As I was walking home from school, I couldn't help but wonder why Dinah seemed so worried. I don't understand what's the big secret that they won't tell me. I feel like they have a secret that's been going on for a while, and It never really bothered me until today.
