About 4 days later, on a foggy morning, Erral woke up before Mixie for once. His leg was feeling way better and he was very grateful he had met Mixie. Suddenly he heard claws stepping on the side walk in front of the alleyway. He couldn't see what it was, but then. A dog started barking and ran into the fog enough to where Erral could see it, he ran behind the dumpster fast enough for the dog not to see him. He heard the dog drawing closer and realized it was because it could hear Mixie's snoring. Erral quickly leaped over to her landing lightly as to not alarm the dog of his position, and he covered Mixie's mouth with his paw so she would stop snoring. A couple minutes later the dog was gone, fortunately the dog had a owner, so " it shouldn't be back anytime soon for a snack. " Erral sighed in relief. Apparently Mixie was awake the whole time the dog was there, the barking had woke her up. " Hey Erral! Your pretty smart! " Mixie purred, making Erral leap up in surprise. " No.. no im not. " he said then suddenly, Erral snapped his body around facing Mixie and leaped onto her, Mixie swatted at him with her paws, Erral lifted his arm into the air in a swatting position, but that made him off-balanced so then, Mixie rolled him off of her and her onto him. " Looks like I win! Heha! " purred Mixie. " Hey do you hear that?.. " Erral said cautiously, " it sound like its coming from a the park, and its about to Storm again for the 5th time in a week. So whatever it is we may be able to help it, now lets go! " Erral said running off " Wait up dude! " Mixie said running after Erral. Once they were in the nearby park, they saw a orange, ginger cat who looked very injured. " Stay away from me! I wont give you anything! " the cat hissed " hey, we're here to help! " purred Mixie, " yeah come with us, we've got shelter you can stay in till the Storm in over! " Erral mewed calmly and friendlily. " okay.. " the cat mewed gently.
