19- Crucial conference

They all reached their destination, which was Ned's place. Ned opened his diary so that he can jot down every clue, and evidence is seen from a normal naked eye and can reach the conclusion. Jake and Harry were sitting there playing the famous game "Dragons and Dungeons" while taking their famous horrific creatures. Harry took the beholder while Jake took the mimic monster while manifesting their fantasy in the game. They both were busing with their monstrous playing stuff while Ned was ruminating about something very deep.

"Havoc growling sound and foul smell. What exactly did it indicate?" Ned mumbled

"That it wasn't human at all.."Mikey responded and Ned nodded

"Exactly. That was the point. It wasn't humane. It's something else." Ned responded

"You mean something suspicious or horrifying monsters that came out from any fantasy world, lol" Harry guffawed

"Is that funny?" Jake frowned while glancing at all of them.

"Actually, it wasn't funny but it did make sense. It can be any monstrous creature that is engulfing the lives of the people around us. Loud growling sound, tentacles that Mikey saw at very first and we weren't believing him and then the foul smell coming out from his basement. And after that, we saw Jerry's hands covered with blood...It all are indications of some evil monstrous being" Ned explained

"It isn't it. It's fast and active. Sugar disappeared in a second in front of me. Poor sugar tried to resist a lot but she can't make it..."

"Guys it can be possible that he has a dangerous animal that has been hidden in his basement and he is feeding him..." Marie added

"Feeding? Why wouldn't we think about it? It's the main hallmark. Maybe he is feeding the animal monstrous creature to fulfil his thirst for blood."Mikey countered

"But it's all assumptions for now until and unless we will see it in his basement," Harry added

Ned rushed towards his pc and he turned it on. It seems that he was going to search for something deep that will lead them towards resolving this mystery. He opened Google and entered the keywords for searching about some of the monsters while keeping in mind the criminal psychotic tendencies. Some of the furious monstrous creatures came in front of him.

Gnoll...not possible

Kraken....maybe it's possible but its size is immense and it can't reside in the basement of the Jerry.

Giant Squid...It can be possible. The creature with elongated tentacles wrapped up with a foul smell but we are not sure about it.

Sketchy...multiple limbs, slit shaped pupils with elongated tentacles but it didn't seem that way.

Typhon...Considered the "father of all monsters" and is considered the most powerful and deadliest creature. But is it possible? Anything can be possible for now.

Ned was searching for more creatures that maybe seemed real in life and they were all relying on mere assumptions while searching about it. Jake dismissed and frowned.

"Are you guys serious? Guess what, on the internet, you became the expert in finding the monstrous creature. It's the real dude. Wake up..."

"Whatever is happening in our town, it's beyond the reality now, something that isn't real is real now and brings chaos in our time," Ned added while Jake saw him in disbelief as it's hard for him to engulf all of this horrendous reality and his subconscious mind isn't accepting it.

Ned extracted as much information about different creatures as he can and wrote it in a diary so that he can keep all the details related to this mysterious case. Ned also studied the psychotic tendencies of different criminals so that he can evaluate their psychotic tendencies of Jerry and can make their moves accordingly. Ned, Jake, Harry, Mikey and Marie planned their next move of becoming the intruder and intruding on their house of Jerry. They have planned their positions, listed the equipment that they will need and made themselves ready for barging into the house of Jerry. But the main question arises how can they enter the house of Jerry? In the daylight, he is awake and active all the time along with the neighbours who are hissing around the whole town. And in the night, a curfew was being imposed by their parents. It's like climbing the horrendous ladder warped up with a lot of conflicts. A riddle wrapped in a mystery, in an enigma.
