Has frostbreath but no venom.
Has frostscales only on the blue tinted scales
(Including claws)
Random facts: Canada is the second largest country in the world. 
(Second place behind Russia)
(Canada is just over 'Scotty' The Tyrannosauruses Hight of 43 feet tall [he's 47 feet tall])
Canada in this AU is Male.
Canada's claws are the sharpest due to him not using them often.
Canada smokes often.
He wears a blindfold because of his fear of attention. It makes him feel better not knowing others are looking at him and or judging him.
Canada is very friendly. But, if threatened he will not hesitate to attack.
His tattoos were done by Ireland!
