Athy's eyes almost popped out after seeing the long list presented on her desk, she gulped and looked at Ijekiel shocked. "That's just the important points, your majesty. Do you wish to see the original one?" He asked, "NO." She shouted as soon as she heard him as he just giggled at her reaction.

"It's just shocking how many territories were captured in one night" She exclaimed. "Your majesty, it also contains even the smaller territories which explains the length but if we look closely the list has the count's mansion and the baron's residences too." He answered. "You said it contains main only? But what about the smaller territories" She questioned confused. "Your majesty, some of those places are the main pointd that trade with other countries."

Her head was already aching but seeing this has killed her brain cells too. (just like ours) "Dude Ijekiel, please leave this list in my office and I'll give it a look once I feel better." She said rubbing her head. She was feeling dizzy and nauseous and her headache was getting worse. "Your majesty are you alright?" He asked in concern, getting up. "Don't worry, I just need some rest. You may take your leave." She smiled forcefully.

"But your majest-" before he could insist she forced him out of the room and closed the door as she sighed in relief. "Should I call the physician?" She muttered to herself while messaging her forehead.

"I guess so."

"Kya!!" She flinched.

"Oh god Lily, are you a ghost?" She calmed her heartbeat down. "I guess I am?" Lily just shrugged as she put the tea tray aside. She came closer and start to check her temperature. "It doesn't seem like you have a fever." She wondered.

"I'll call the palace physician for you, your majesty." She stood up and left the room. Yet, Athanasia sighed again and laid down on her bed. 'How is Lucas doing...? she thought to herself. 'I hope he is fine...' she glanced out the window and watched birds in a nest.

Soon after, a knock was heard. "Your majesty, it's me, Lily. The palace physician is here." She said as she entered in. "Oh, finally..." Athy was relieved to see the physician. "I greet your majesty. The sun of the empire." The physician immediately bowed down.

To her surprise, the physician didn't seem like some old man. The man before her eyes was a tall man with a muscular body and black hair. He had dark green eyes, sparkling like emeralds, and a mole under his right eye; the name was William Pascal. "No need to be that formal, physician William." She said, trying to get up. "Your majesty, please just lay down and relax." He flashed a bright smile looking at her as she did as he said.

William starts to check her up, and when he finishes, he smiles brightly at her, just like a puppy. "There's bad and good news, your majesty." He said, adding tension to the air. "The bad news is that your majesty will need to be more careful and rest for a few days." He said. "Is it something serious?" Lily asked in concern.

"Yes, a bit." His eyes shift to Athy, "Congratulations your majesty, you're gonna be a mother soon." He beamed while packing up the meds. Those words left both Lily and Athy speechless. "me.. what...." Athy muttered in disbelief.

"Oh my God!" Lily started to tear up and hugged her gently. "I'm so happy for you, Athy, my child," she said while tearing up even more.

Athy was still too shook to say a word, and she placed her hand on her belly. She could feel the child's mana inside her stomach, even if it was faint. She smiled while a tear rolled down her cheek.

"Your majesty, you'll have to ensure you don't stress or overwork. Try to drink less tea and have rest." He instructed.

Athy simply nodded at his instruction, her eyes filled with happy tears and a bright smile adorned on her face. All the while she was still surprised at the knowledge of her new child, the missing piece to her family.

The doctor left with Lily who joyfully spread the news. Athy was told to sleep because of her nausea. She closed her eyes and instantly fell asleep.

As she got lost in her dreams, she found herself again in that mysterious place. She looked around to see if her red-eyed demon was around, and there he was, facing the other direction. She ran towards him and hugged him from his back.

"Lucas I have something to tell you!!" She exclaimed looking at him but he didn't respond. "Get away from me..." he glared at her with cold eyes which sent a shiver down her spine.
