Kai's pov...

Its been weeks since my birthday, and Hikaru makes an adorable boyfriend. Although before we were dating we texted everyday, and called. I stayed with his family another week before I got to return home, and it was fun, Hikaru kept wanting to go swimming while I was over.

When I finally got home, my dad had my busted stuff replaced and my room fixed up just needing some touches.

Around this time Renge asked me to help her cosplay and do a stage show at an expo, so when I wasn't home, or with Hikaru, I was helping Renge.

It'd be more fun if the chick wasn't into labels.

While I was happy I was home, my boyfriend seemed to miss having me down the hallway, and his mom was now calling me too.

Today was the expo day and I was thrilled.

I just hope it goes well. I entered the mall with my bag and spotted the host boys going nuts reading the events. I walk up quietly behind them as they leave the map and a sleeping Kyoya.

Hikaru's pov...

I'm so excited as we look at the exhibits, then I'm startled a person jumping on my back and two arms wrapping around me.

"Miss me much?", comes Kai's happy tone and a kiss to my cheek as I move my arms to support her piggy back style.

"Kai, what are you doing here? It's just supposed to be us.", Tamaki whines and I can picture Kai rolling her eyes.

"Did you devil twins call her?"

"But Oni-san I just happened to be here an decided to say hi.", Kai says in cutesy voice and by Tamaki's face, Kai has her puppy eyes out.

"Awe Kai called me her brother.", he gushes ready to glomp her only I'm in the way due to her on my back.

"Are you here for the expo too?", I ask hopefully.

"Sorta, I'm helping with something on the roof today. The person who roped me in failed to mention I haven't got time to check on the exhibits, so no shopping for me. I'm lucky I spotted you guys,", she says "I was gonna get a 10 piece before going up cause she's a taskmaster like Kyoya and now that your here maybe we can eat together."

"Awe Kai-chan, what an adorable idea, we can try commoner food.", Kaoru says.

"For your info rich people in the states eat McDonald's also.", Kai says amusedly.

"Yay I can get a Happy meal!", Honey says

"Yay, commoner food with my cute little adopted sister ", Tamaki says.

A short while later we're in line an Kai's holding my hand. Tamaki in his excitement orders one of everything, followed by Mori getting a Big Mac meal.

Then it's Kai's turn. "10 piece chicken nugget meal. Sweet and sour sauce for dipping, and a Coke.", she says pulling out her Hello Kitty wallet as the girl gives her a total. I put my hand over hers causing her to look up confused.

"I got this, I'm your boyfriend I should buy your meal for you.", I say before looking to the clerk. "Add her meals cost to me and my brothers orders." I say and we give our order both getting Fish sandwich.

"What kind of fish is in it.", says Kaoru taking his tray as i take the tray with me and Kai's.

"Probably cod, that's what's usually used.", Kai says as we sit by the others.

"So Kai do you eat here a lot?", Honey asks as Kai opens her nugget container.

"Not to often, because it's bad to eat to much fast food, worse if your diabetic.", she says thoughtfully.

I notice a pair of English speaking girls and a boy approach us.

They began saying something using a lot of slang i didn't know, But Kai looked right at them with a glare dropping the rooms temperature.

"Maybe I should come to the states, show you the same discourtesy and use a bunch of words you don't know. ", Kai says in English.

The male yells another word and you to Kai.

"I'm not that bored, your not that lucky.", Kai replies making the male flustered.

They then stalk away as Kai shouts "Let me know when your back in the states I'll mail ya a dictionary since your vocab is weak."

"What was that about?", I say watching them go.

"Trust me boys, you don't wanna know", Kai says "Just some punkers hoping for a fight."

We enjoy the rest of our lunch, and sadly my girlfriend has to head to the roof.

"Bye guys, see ya later, I'm in the show on the roof later.", Kai says as everyone hugs her then we hug and she gives me a peck on the lips before taking off waving at us.

We return to enjoying the exhibits and do some shopping. I find some cute Hello Kitty earrings with diamonds in for Kai.

Kai's pov...

I was suited up in a silver an gold female sentai ranger suit, and me and Renge were taking quick selfies before the show after final rehearsal.

I also peek out and spot my boyfriend in the crowd. Well time to put on the tear away outfit. Then i wait for my cue.

Hikaru's pov...

We're all concerned for Kyoya watching the black sentai fight to save Renge realizing we lost him.

"We need to find him.", Tamaki says as goons go after the ranger.

" Looks like you need some back up!", Shouts Kai dressed like a hot punk girl as she skates on jumping a goon on a shiny skateboard in ripped jeans and a heavy metal shirt landing and jumping off punching a goon.

"Your girlfriend looks hot like that!", Kaoru says mirroring my thoughts Kyoya, temporarily forgotten my me.

"It's time for more power! Its morphing time!", Kai shouts then a cloud of smoke and there's a female white sentai ranger.

"You won't spoil our summer!" telling me that's my Kai in spandex, making me red.

I watch as she and the dude in black battle the baddies. Although the goons seem rougher with Kai.

"Come on we gotta find Kyoya.", Tamaki says. " I can't my baby's on stage in a staged fight. Gotta make sure that Renge's antics don't injure her.", I say my eyes glued to Kai as she fires a laser gun sword thing as the other guy gets Renge and Kai's now after the big boy.

I can't help but cringe as her wrist looks like it got hurt do to a rough handspring, but she plays it off like nothing happened.

Eventually the shows done and I'm dragged away before I can check on Kai and Tamaki has him paged.

As he and Haru arrive we ask to play with her as Kai enters after.

" Great show Kai!", we say as she smiles.

"Thanks guys.", she says and I notice the ice pack she's holding on her wrist.

"Kai what happened to your wrist?", Haruhi demands.

"Did a handspring and had a mess up.", she says.

"Does it hurt a lot?", I ask pushing her hair chalk colored hair out of her face.

"Yup.", she says at which I take her bag for her.

"Then we're taking you to have it looked at.",I say wrapping an arm around her as she leans her head against me.

Kai's pov..

I wasn't in an arguing mood, and as we rode home from the clinic I cuddled against my boyfriend sleepily due to a pain killer I was given, as he stroked my hair.

"I love you Hikaru.", i mumble and feel him stiffen a moment before he relaxes again and hugs me tighter.

"I love you Kai.", he says as I smile feeling happier...
