"It's been 13 years Toni 13 years since I saw my baby 13 years since I heard her voice 13 years since I held her 13 years Toni 13 years" I cried my daughter was taken from me when she was three years old she turns 16 today and I'm not there . Every year it's like clockwork all year she's fine she goes to work she takes care of my daughter and she doesn't bring up Amani but then that dreadful day comes July 27 the first thing that happens is the cry oh God the crying.
it's like a mix of screaming yelling and weeping then is the blaming she will go on and on about how everything was her fault and how she should've been watching her.
Then it's the worst part the break down she slides down the walls she yells she screams she throws things breaks things I remember one time she actually attempted to take her life thank the Lord I found her she would've been dead when is the final part of the shut down she won't talk she won't eat she won't sleep she won't even cry she'll just stare at the wall August 1 comes and I just think God is all over
