The Birthday

This scene is set months after the season 4 ending when Korra and Asami discovered their love for eachother as they walked into the newly formed spirit portal in republic city. Their secret love had developed in these months and eventually became intimate. The girls, Korra especially, were awkward in their first attempts to sexually satisfy each other because it was a whole new experience. However, they eventually became skilled in pleasing one another; they learned all the intimate details of eachother like who liked being touched where, how fast to go, and what to say to make the experience that much more sensual. Once they became comfortable with their sexual routine, they decided to explore all the possibilities.

Korra and Asami were walking around the streets of Republic City, Asami was shopping and Korra was the resident bag carrier. At first, Korra thought that Asami had forgotten that today was a special day: the Avatar's 22nd birthday. However, right as she was thinking about this, Asami said

"So baby... You thought I forgot didn't you?" Asami's voice was dripping with sensuality which made goosebumps appear on Korra's arms and her voice raise an octave. Asami was skilled in inadvertantly turning Korra on.

"Er... Uh..." The avatar stumbled trying to act cool and keep her voice steady. She laughed a little out of embarrassment, "Yeah I guess I did think you forgot."

Asami giggled and said, "How could I forget? You're my love and my girlfriend." She said the last part quietly because they were in public and they hadn't told anyone yet. Korra blushed at this as Asami continued, "How about you come over tonight? I was thinking that you, Mako, Bolin, and the others could come too and it'd be like a small party."

"That sounds like fun! I'm down to go!" Korra said with a smile.

"Great, come over at 8:00."

"I'll be there!"

"Oh and one more thing, I have a present for you to unwrap at the party... And another for after everyone leaves," Asami winked as Korra looked kind of confused.

"Wait what do you-" Korra started and then Asami made a quick gesture: her tongue between two of her fingers. Korra's eyes widened at this. "Oh-Ohhhhh. I get it, that sounds like a good time," Korra tried to play off her obliviousness by doing a cocky half smile, but it didn't work.

Asami giggled, the Avatar was so damn cute. "So now..." Asami pulled close to Korra and whispered in her ear "...that brings me to what have you always wanted to do sexually but were afraid to ask for?"

Korra started to protest about not being afraid of anything but Asami cut her off. "Korra, I know you better than anyone else does. I know that there are some things you really want to do. Don't be afraid, I want to give you whatever experience you want for your birthday."

Korra considered this and decided to throw caution into the wind, "Ok, well I think I would like to try... Bondage," she said in a small voice. She half expected Asami to laugh at her and tell her hell no. But instead Asami smiled, "Of course we can do that. I've actually want to try that myself." Korra was relieved but she had to make a clarification. She leaned into Asami's ear and said, "But I want to be dominated by you... Isn't that weird?"

"No, of course not. A lot of strong people like you want to be dominated just because it's something different. You're used to beating up everyone else and you want to balance that. I've always wanted to be the dominate one when I've thought about it myself."

"Great," Korra was relieved, "So how is this going to work? Do I have to bring anything?"

"I will take care of everything, just bring your sexy self."

"Ok, great! I have to go to a conference with the new president of the Earth Republic and I will meet you at your house at 8:00."

"Bye baby."
