"Are you starting to understand now?" Riddle asked me.
We had decided to study together because I needed a bit of extra help in certain subjects and we just wanted to hang out together for a bit.
"I mean... sort of? It's frustrating because I have a 50/50 shot of getting the right answer at this point!" I sunk into my seat, pouting a bit. I looked over at Riddle, who looked a little taken aback by my outburst. He quickly recovered though and gave a quick squeeze on my shoulder.
"I think we should take a break. Do you want some tea maybe?" He questioned, clearly sensing that I needed to cool off a minute. I felt a little bad, so I softened my face and smiled.
"That would be nice, could I help out though? I don't completely trust that you won't somehow burn the water." I giggled a bit at my own joke. Riddle wasn't impressed though.
"You're so lucky that I love you, otherwise it'd be off with your head." He looked away, but I could see his cheeks were getting pink. He got up and started walking away. "Are you coming? I thought you didn't completely trust that I'd somehow burn the water." And with that, you followed him into the kitchen and had yourselves some tea. ❤️
