Today was a typical Friday. You had a test in every class, except one. (l/f/s). But there was one person who made it better. Chase Matthews. You had a huge crush on him, but you were also his girl bestfriend. Besides Zoey. And you were sure he was in love with her. But you couldn't help wonder why he made flirty comments towards you, while sneaking around with Zoey. 

Zoey was your best friend. Ride or die. And it seemed as though they both liked each other. And you didn't want to get in the way of Zoey and Chase being happy. But Chase continued to flirt with you.  Usually, you would stop after the basic foundation of a conversation, but this time, you flirted the whole time. Just to see where it would go. And as you thought that, Chase was walking up to you in the lounge.

"Hey Y/n," Chase said, in a smug way

"Hey pretty boy," You said

"Ah, new nickname, I like it," Chase said while chuckling 

"I thought you might," You said smirking

"Well, you know what else I'd like?" Chase asks

"what? For me to kiss you?" You asked teasingly

"How did you-anyway, uh, not exactly," Chase stuttered

"Then what?" you said

"For you to go out with me," Chase said

"And what do I get out of that?" you said, still flirting

"A boyfriend, if you want," Chase said

"I'd love that," you said

"Okay, catch you later Y/n" Chase said while walking away

"When and where pretty boy?" You said smirking, before he left the lounge

"Oh right, uh," Chase stuttered as he turned around

"My nickname making you nervous?" You said

"No, uh, maybe don't call me that until after we start dating," Chase suggested

"Ah, so we will date?" You said

"Not like, ugh, you know what I mean," Chase said

"Yeah yeah, now time and place," you said

"I-uh, I don't know," Chase said

"Didn't plan ahead?" You asked

"Nope,' Chase said

"Well, why don't we just date?" You suggested

"But what about the first kiss?" Chase said

"We could wait until the right moment," You said getting closer 

Chase got the hint, and he kissed you. At first all that was going through your mind was how Zoey would feel. Then, you started to enjoy the kiss. It was a good minute until you and Chase needed air. You both agreed to continue the make out session in your dorm later. After you told Zoey. After you walked away from Chase and went into your dorm, you saw Zoey. 

"Hey Zoe, uh can we," You start to say

"Did it happen? Did it happen?" Zoey asks excitedly

"did what happen?" You ask

"Did you and Chase kiss yet?" Zoey asks with even more excitement 

"We are dating, and yes," You say 

"I knew it would happen!" Zoey screams

"Wait you're not mad?" You ask

"Why would I be-ohh, you thought me and Chase sneaking around was-ohh, no. We were planning the whole asking out situation," Zoey explained

"Oh, uh, okay," you said

"Well, don't worry I'll be out of your way when you two are back here," Zoey says packing her bag, "and so will Lola and Quinn,"

"Thanks," you say

Zoey nods and walks out, and honestly, you were kinda glad Zoey and him had been sneaking around.
