A teen fighting to survive in this upcoming apocalypse In the city, when suddenly everything went wrong and he lost everything he loved until he meets some people along the way.
A/N: this whole story involves Sūicide attempts, SH , bullying, and death, also warning don't get to attached to my characters btw.
It was cold,every morning started that way to me doesn't matter if it was a good or horrible day. It always started like that,but my mother always said to me when I was younger "keep your head up child, good things always come to those who wait"but the thing is,I never believed what my mother always said,she was stupid thinking that. Even so,she was a good mother she always tried her best to take care of me before when everything fell apart that is. Enough with this nonsense I'll start from the beginning, my mother was cooking in the kitchen making smiley face pancakes with scrambled eggs, while my father was reading the local newspaper he got from our porch, I was asleep in my bed till my alarm woke me up, it startled me a bit to the point were I fell off of my bed. "Agh, damn alarm clock scared the living hell out of me.." I say while getting up stretching my arms above my head, I rub my eyes slowly out of exhaustion from just waking up then I head to my rest room to wash my face. I then went down stairs and saw my father reading,I looked at him disgusted I never liked my father he was always so serious and strict. He's the total opposite of my mother, But I sighed and walked past with not saying a word but instead I headed to my mothers direction then kissed her cheek smiling softly at her,she turned at me with a warm smile back at me as well then she gave me a big warm hug. I laughed in excitement and she laughed as well . Then I eat a bit of breakfast to start off my day and waited outside for my school bus to pass by to pick me up. I sighed to myself checking on my phone so time can fly by fast. Sometimes I wished an apocalypse or sickness can happen so school can be canceled for weeks,or even months for that matter. The bus passes by my house I then get up and got on the bus and sat at a random seat on the bus, I feel really sleepy then stare out the window while the bus drives to pick other students, I suddenly get hit in the head by a piece of paper that someone threw at me, I saw that it was written inside of it then I opened it and started to read it while I heard laughing and giggling in the background, after I finished reading it I put it away in my pocket, the letter that I have read made me feel a bit down more then ever.

I keep on remember those stupid written words on that piece of paper I read, my heart is beating fast I don't know what to do, what to make it stop and go back to normal to how the way it was, people laughing and giggling in the background is getting louder and louder in my head,I say" stop.....JUST STOP..!!" Everyone turned to look at me in the bus, i panic staring back at them with everyone's face all I saw was disgust, horror and confusion. I turn to the back of my seat to find dexter with all of his friends sitting in the way back, laughing at me. I noticed that I was clenching my fist and then I started to feel.. angry.. I walked to where dexter was from his seat, went up close to him then as I was about to punch him in the face the bus driver stopped the bus from moving, almost to the point of making me fall then opened the bus doors while every student started to leave from the seats out of the bus. Their was no point at starting a fight with dexter, he way stronger then me, I then walked off out of the bus and started heading to where the cafeteria is, I sat down at a random table and waited for the announcements to start to call up my grade so that we can get our class schedules for today, mainly cause our upperclassman are having an important test to do just for today, but then a girl sat next to me and turned to me to give me a warm smile, I was really confused on why she was sitting next to me, like me!? Of all people she can sit with she chose to sit next to me?, I gave her a warm smile back then she turned away to stare at somewhere else, she was really pretty, she had dark blue short hair with amazing hazel eyes with freckles from her cheeks. I lied my head down cause I still felt very sleepy then I slowly started to close my eyes, but held back my head up so I won't fall asleep especially in the cafeteria where people can take pictures of you or even draw on you while you sleep. So I kept a watchful eye of myself so I won't fall asleep. The girl noticed I was trying so hard not to drift to sleep, she said" hey, If you want to sleep you can! I'll keep watch of you don't worry no one will do anything to you while I'm here!" She laughed then I looked at her for a bit after she had said then, but I nodded agreeing with her so I can finally go back to sleep. After about 20 minutes I got woken up by the announcer of the announcements talking about where to go for our schedules, I got up and stretched a bit and started walking to the room I was supposed to go for it. But instead while I was walking the girl started to follow me, I started slowly getting annoyed then faced back at her, I said" okay why are you following me!?" She looked at me and she kind of cliched when I yelled at her, I felt bad then I say" I'm sorry for yelling at you.. but may you answer that question?" She knew I meant no trouble then proceeded to answer me back, she said" I'm a freshman and I was following you so that I can ask you where A. 220 is?" All she needed was directions for me, I felt stupid then told her where it was and she went on her way and I as well went to my way to the room I was supposed to be in.
