As the boys head back to the church, Mingi could not stop thinking about what Laika had said to them. He wondered if the rumors were true after all. The blue haired male decided to forget about it for while and tried to relax.
"Mingi are you okay? You're looking a little pale." Vernon questions, worried about the younger man.
"I'm honestly nervous. What if Laika is right? And if that is the case, what are we doing? We should be telling everyone!" Mingi lets out a shaky breath, fear consuming him.
"Hey hey hey, everything is going to be okay. I'm sure that it's just a rumor." San comforts the other man, who sighs.
"Plus, it's not like Yunho would freak and get pissed if you come up to him saying it." Jongho huffs, earning him a hard elbow from Yeosang.
"Jongho..." San warns his lover, giving him a 'don't even dare' look.
"No it's true. He's been such an ass lately and I'm really wanting to beat the shit out of him." The youngest scowls, folding his arms over his chest.
"Guys, as much as I understand, violence isn't going to do anything but make it worse. This is something that needs to be solved between Mingi and Yunho." Mingyu butts in.
"Mingyu hyung is right. Let's leave it for now. But Mingi, if you need us for anything, we'll be there. Okay?" Yeosang reassures the younger with a small smile.
"Thank you all. I'm sure things will be okay." Mingi responds, with a tone that clearly wanting the conversation about Yunho to end.
"If y'all are done, I was thinking after dinner, we should go explore the other building." Vernon suggests while having a mischievous grin on his face.
"Wait...other building?!" Yeosang widens his eyes, having war flashbacks.
"Uhm guys, I'm pretty sure the pastor said not to go to the-" San is interrupted.
"Yeah! I'm curious to see what's in there." Vernon replies, genuinely excited and unknowing of the dangers that could happen.
"Wonwoo and I are in!" Mingyu shouts.
"I guess I'll go too, I don't want to see Yunho right now." Mingi agrees to go, causing some of his members to gasp.
"Mingi! We almost died in a house and graveyard! When will you learn?!" Wooyoung shouts.
"You guys are curious too, plus we know we're not going to die... aaaand we might go to more dangerous adventures." Jongho makes a comment, stealing a glance out in the open.
"Jongho, I love you but what the fuck are you looking at?" San asks his lover, who just turns to him and gives him a peck on the lips.
"Right now, it's my handsome and sexy partner." Jongho replies, diving in to steal another kiss from San, mumbling an "I love you" against his lips.
"For Pete's sake! Get a room horndogs!" Wooyoung teases, with Yeosang giving his lover a thigh squeeze.
"You all are so cute! I hope we're invited to your weddings!" Seungkwan coos at the couples as they are pulling up the driveway.
"We're home! Can't wait for a nap!" Dino shouts as he hops out of the car and runs out.
"There won't be any napping as it is supper time!" Joshua comes out of the church and waves at the boys, making Dino pout.
"Awesome! I was getting hungry!" Wooyoung smiles, pulling along Yeosang.
Mingi is the last one out of the car. He stands in place for a while and dreadful thoughts fill his head.
How long will Yunho act so distant from him?
Was Laika telling the truth after all?
Is the church even safe?
"Mingi.... Mingi! MINGI!" Mingi is snapped out of his thoughts as he hears Junyoung shouting out to him.
"I'm coming Junyoung!" He calls back and heads inside the church, unaware of a shadowy figure hiding on the side.
