Once Upon A Time

Introduction

From a young age, we are told that one day, the puzzle pieces of our lives will fall into place. That we'll be granted our, "happily ever after."

But that's all a lie.

After Cinderella got married, what happened after? The prince most likely became old, died, then she followed; dying a sad widow.

Happiness is always temporary, but sadness can always be permanent.

That's what I, an immortal, experienced when I made the biggest mistake of my life.

I fell in love.

What does the flower in the cover represent?

Flowers represent fragility. Slowly the flower petals start to fall off as characters learn more about the world and themselves.
