Love after the war (Japan Empire x Fascist Italy)

Quick summary of the ending

I felt bad since I'm leaving this story despite so many views and votes and comments, so I decided for a quick summary with the ideas I had when I was still writing this story.

Japanese Empire eventually caught the Uniform guy, who turned out to be Fascist Italy. After a long talk, E.J. understood that F.I. ran away out of fear since he betrayed the Axis. Empire felt sorry since he knew they wouldn't to anything to Fascist, and he told him exactly that. He also added how USSR and Third Reich are dating.

After a week, Fascist Italy felt comfortable enough to come home. He met Italy, his son, who was very happy to see him. F.I. got put into Empire's room, which turned out to be a lot worse than E.J. had imagined, since he realized his raging crush for his childhood best friend was still very much alive.

It didn't take long for others to notice him being all awkward, and to understand he's crushing on Fascist. Most had a quite positive reaction, well, everyone, except Japan and Italy. Despite both being in a shipping club, they had stated they wouldn't want to see their parents together.

The atmosphere in the house became tense, to the point that the two countries wouldn't come out of their room and forced Germany to sleep on the couch and the Netherlands at his girlfriend's house. After days, the parents had enough and broke down the door, only to find the two gone.

A search party has begun with everyone in the household searching for Italy and Japan. The founders were Germany and the Netherlands, who discovered them in a treehouse where the tree sat in the middle of blackberry bushes with thorns. The Germanic-speaking countries called up Japanese Empire, who arrived as fast as possible. He managed to get through the bushes and climbed to the tree house. He talked out the problem with Italy and Japan, who told him they felt like the two countries were replacing their moms who are not alive anymore, and that they're afraid of the situation being weird, especially with them becoming step-siblings.

E.J. promised them that both moms are still important to them both, and that he's sorry for burdening them like this, but that he can't control his love. Italy and Japan tell him that they believe he should give his love a shot and confess, but to do it so spectacular that F.I. couldn't say no.

They make a plan. Italy went for a walk with his dad and they went into a forest, where they found a beautiful glade with tables filled with food. It looked like some sort of a celebration picnic. Out of nowhere, Japanese Empire appeared and the song 'What makes you beautiful' by One Direction started playing.

E.J. sang the entire song and at the end asked Fascist Italy if he would be his boyfriend. He said yes.

A few years later, the two couples, now married, still live in the same house with the Netherlands, Germany, Japan and Italy. Italy and Japan had finally gotten used to calling Japanese Empire dad and Fascist Italy papa.

I wrote this in 45 minutes. I hope it's good enough. Instead of deleting, I'll be putting it up as complete and leaving it for future readers.
