"Oh, for FUCK'S SAKE!"

His voice rang through the walls, sending everyone in the room shivers down their spine.

He was angry; anyone could tell that.

The brunette started pacing around the room. Loud echos of leather shoes meet the hardwood floor.

"Sir-"

"Shush! Can't you see that I am busy thinking!?"

"Sorry, sir"

It has been a while since something terrible happened. He would send people to take care of it. But lately, he has been getting paranoid about everything. It was just moments ago when he had everything under control.

-

Tubbo sat quietly at his desk, reading. His work is done now, so what better way to pass the time than to read about demons and demon hunters. 'The Shadow World', it was called. Tubbo knew the book was for people younger than his age, but he couldn't help but yearn for a life in which all he worries about is when will his favourite characters realise their eternal love for each other or not. But alas, reality catches up with him.

"Sir! We just got a call back from the crew!"

Tubbo dropped his book as he quickly stood up. "How is she?"

The man started to move his gaze down to the floor beneath him. "I'm so sorry, sir."

Tubbo did not catch on to what he meant. "Simons, what the fuck do you mean?". Tubbo doesn't call people by their first names as he claims it is unprofessional in such an environment.

He took his gaze off of the floor and stared at Tubbo in the eyes.

"Dead

She's dead, Mister-"

"WHAT THE FUCK?!"

-

And that brought him to this.

His eyes are drawn to the floor, but he's not looking at it. His usual bright-coloured eyes are dull with the accommodation of furrowed brows. His brown locks drape over his eyes, covering them but not until blindness. His nervous state made him untangle a crossed arm and bite it. Hard.

He suddenly stops.

"Gentlemen", his voice was loud. Everyone could very clearly hear him. "I have made a decision."

Everyone was more focused than before, interested in what their boss would say next.

"I have decided that-"

The men around him were confused as to why he suddenly stopped in the middle of his announcement.

"Mister Underscore-"

"What did I say about talking?" he surprisingly didn't shout like he usually would, but the man behind him went pretty still.

He carefully treads toward the door as if a deadly monster could burst the door open at any minute. But he didn't crouch or reach his hands out. He simply walked at a slow pace.

As he got closer, he stopped in front of the door, staring at it. The door itself didn't have anything different than it usually is, except for half an inch of the open creek.

Usually, the door is always closed shut, sometimes locked.

He smiled

"Seems like someone is playing detective. "
