The Runaway Princess

CHAPTER 01

"¿Adónde quieres ir, princesa?" The late queen asked her, the Princess of Drinealia Kingdom. (Where do you want to go, princess?)

"Donde sea la abuela. Mientras lo disfrutemos." She answered. (Anywhere, grandma. As long we'll enjoy.)

"Do you want to try going in public places?" The King asked, her father.

"Yes, please!"

"Alright." He smiled at her.

"Isn't it dangerous?" The queen asked, her mother.

"Don't worry, my queen. We have our royal guards with us. " The king said, but the queen is still bothered about it.
 
Living with a royal family is not actually a good idea. Everywhere you go, it can be dangerous. There's also a possibility that the enemies are just stalking them and waiting for the right timing to kill them.

The queen is bothered because they are with their daughter. She's still 10 years old. If something happens to her, she will not forgive anyone.

She's to young.

And also, Princess Beatrice is the last crown princess of Drinealia Kingdom.

And one more thing, the Princess is well known in Spain because of her name. Her name doesn't sounds like a Spanish name.

No one even knows that she actually have a second name, which is Giselle.

Her Mom is a former ballerina, that's why she named her as Giselle.

*bomb*

The highway was shaken because of the bomb.

*gun shots*

All of them bent down because of consecutive gunshots.
 
"Bend over! Protect yourselves! " The former king said

"Mama! Mama!" The Princess cried because of how painful her shoulder was.
 
"Oh my god! You're bleeding! Mom's coming there! Wait—"
 
The Princess was shocked because of what she saw.

The queen got shot directly on her head.

"Mi reina!" When the King saw the Queen showering her own blood from her head, he screamed. "I'm sorry! I'm sorry! "

"Grandma! Grandpa! Mama! Papa! " The only words she could mutter after the consecutive gun shots and the loud sounds of bombs were.

"Mama wake up! Papa!"

A 10-year-old girl saw everything. She saw how her parents died because of the gun shots and how her grandparents died because of a sudden heart attack.

She doesn't know what to do.

But when she saw an unfamiliar body coming towards the car where she was, she immediately covered her body and face with the blood she saw and pretended as if she was also dead.

The door opened from her side, so she got startled a little, but she still pretended that she was dead and prayed that the anonymous killers would get fooled by her actions.

"Mission accomplished, King. They all died, including the last crown princess. "
 
After hearing those words, the Princess didn't know what to do or how to react because of what she had just heard from this anonymous killer.
 
She knows that their lives are always in danger because of how powerful their kingdom is here in Spain.

AFTER YEARS, no one knows that the Princess is alive after what happened 10 years ago.
 
And now they are planning to announce to everyone that Drinealia Kingdom has a new Queen, and it's Princess Beatrice.
 
 "Are you ready, Princess Beatrice? In just a matter of time, you will be the queen of the Drinealia Kingdom. Isn't that amazing? " The minister asked.
 
She secretly rolled her eyes.
 
"Yeah, It is. " She answered.

But little did they know, she's planning to ditch the coronation night.
 
She just wants to live a normal life.
 
She didn't even have a chance to study in school because of what happened 10 years ago.
 
She did study, but only inside this castle. She spent all her life in training for this day.
 
But she doesn't want this.
 
She's still traumatized by what happened and what she saw even though it happened 10 years ago.

She remembered that she had promised her mom that she would live a normal life like how her mother lived before she got married to her father.

When the minister left, she changed her clothes into a maid's outfit.
 
She will escape this hell.
 
She's well trained on how to jump from high buildings. So she will just jump from the balcony of her room.
 
There's some roofs where she can land, but she's still far from the ground.
 
After changing her clothes, she checked if the royal guards were guarding her from the outside.
 
She mentally smirked when she saw no one.
 
She threw her bag with money inside of it and some important documents before she jumped off her balcony to one of the roofs.
 
When she successfully escaped her room, she immediately ran away from the castle.

She's ready for this day to come. So she parked a car far from the palace so she could use it.
 
She drove away.
 
She changed her clothes again to a casual outfit to wear in airports like what she saw from her laptop.
 
All the documents were not fake, but she changed her name.
 
Since no one knew her second name, she used it.
 
She's glad that the airport staff didn't recognize her. Or maybe some think that she's familiar, but since she's using her second name, which only her parents know, no one questioned her.
 
Sorry, but this is the only thing I know to escape. I don't want to be a queen.
 
I want to be my mom.
 
A ballerina.  A successful ballerina.
 
 After hours, she arrived in the Philippines.
 
She doesn't know where to go. She exchanged her money first to Philippine money so she could use it.
 
She also bought a new phone and a new SIM card to use.
 
Where do I go now?
 
She just followed some people, and afterwards, she didn't know where she was already.
 
I think I'm lost.

She looked around the place, and when she saw a familiar word, she knew where people could stay, she immediately ran towards it.
 
*car honk*
 
She starled at what she heard. She looked at it, and before she could think of what to do next,
 
She just found herself being hurt again. She knew what it was. She has experienced it before, but this is more hurtful than before.
 
Her head is throbbing, and it's so painful.
 
The last thing she saw was a guy approaching her, and everything went black.
