4. What can you not do, Eisuke?

Kayla's dream

"Grandma! Grandma! Look at me!" I said while flailing my little arms around.

'Wait...This is...the day grandma gave me the bracelet...'

I stood before the old but elegant sitting lady with a big and happy smile.

"You know grandma!? I only love you thiiiisss much!" little me said while gesturing a big circle with those little arms bringing the old lady to chuckle softly.

"How lovely, thank you for telling me sweetheart." she said while patting my head. "But what about your mommy and daddy, you also should tell them you love them."

The smile from my face vanished and turned into a confused look, tilting my head.

"But I don't love them grandma! I only need you!" Little me jumped into the old woman's arms hugging her. Hearing that she sighed sadly. "But they are still your parents, my dear." not wanting to listen to those words anymore I hugged her tighter. "I only need you! I don't need parents!"

Grandma took me sat her in her lap and took something off of her wrist laying it onto my little hands. "You see that, my dear this is a important bracelet handed down in our family since generations. It is said that whoever in this family posses it and has a pure and innocent heart, will be rewarded with something they wished for deep within their heart." listening to her words little me caressed the jade stone affectionately, while grandma's hands were on top of them.

Holding it tightly to my chest I looked up smiling at her."Thank you for telling me grandma! I will never ever lose it! I promise!"

The scenery was fading into black until nothing could be seen or heard anymore.
The only thing I could recognise was a person standing in front of me with familiar dark brown hair.

"Hey! You there!" trying to get the person to turn around I shouted, but it just started to walk off.

"Wait!" shouting again and again I ran after the person.

'I can't reach it, why is it so fast...'

Reaching my right arm in front of me i shouted again.

Kayla's pov

Waking up with a start, right arm streched out in front of me, eyes trying to see.

'It's pitch-black...' turning to my shelf next to my bed taking my phone to look at the time I realised it was 2 a.m.

Throwing my head against the pillow I try to fall asleep again, trying to forget the familiar feeling I had with the unknown person in my dream.

Skip to monday at school

'Argh, my whole body hurts. Yesterday was hell.'I thought about yesterday while trying to stretch my aching body.
I couldn't fall asleep again, Ayama came into my room in the morning without getting permission from me, following that were Latin lessons, after that practicing the piano and my art for hours, if that wasn't already enough I also had etiquette lesson with Ayama. It is only another excuse for her to hit me if I make mistakes and that with a ruler on my hands.

Trying not to think about it anymore I looked around my classroom noticing a group of my classmates making themselves ready to head out. I stood up from my chair thinking about my fathers orders while walking towards them.
But before I could say anything they were gone talking, laughing and just being friends with each other.

'Will I ever experience the feeling of having a real friend..." shaking my head to get the idea out of my head I walked back to my desk, letting my head rest on the table.

Until my phone rang. Taking it out and seeing a unknown number I didn't pick up, completely forgetting what Eisuke had said to me.

After that it rang again I picked up ready to hang up if it was someone annoying.

"Oi! Stop calling me you have the wro..."

"It's me. Come out know." said a male voice.

"Eisuke, how did you get my number, no wait why should I come out now, I still have school. My next lesson is about to start." I tried to convince him to wait after school, but he wouldn't budge.
He hung up to my suprise, me thinking I did get through to him somehow after all.

Now everything was silent and I could finally rest, hoping that this moment wouldn't end. But that hope got crushed by the sounds of the speaker turning on.

"Dear students, because of an mistake in our system all lessons for the rest of the days are cancelled. I repeat there's a mistake in our system and because of that all lessons for the rest of the day are cancelled. Please take your belongings and leave the school grounds as soon as possible."

'Weird this is a elite school how can there be such an sloppy thing like mistake in the system...' as I was packing my things into my bag I got a call...again.

Taking it I hear his voice again.

"You can come out now, so come." he said.

"Wait, you, do you have something to do with this, Eisuke?!" I asked shocked but he didn't answer and hung up.

'No way he can...right?'

As I walked to the entrance a black really expensive looking car parked in front of it, with a man i know standing in front of it, not looking happy at all.

'Oh no, everyone is looking at him if the notice he's here because of me then I will be dead.' While I was thinking about going to him or running away, he walked towards me and took my hand, taking me to the car.

'Eisuke you...! Everyone is looking!' I screamed inside avoiding all the shocked faces of the students, many of them whispering about me. I covered my face with my free hand, wishing the ground would just open up and swallow me whole.

Eisuke ignored the stares and entered the car with me, the driver closed the door and started to drive.

"Are you a idiot! Why do you pick me up in front of everyone?! I was so embarrassed!" as if I was talking to a wall Eisuke didn't answer my question.

"Do you think I care? We have a long way to go so you can fulfill your side of the deal." he said while typing on his I-pad.

"So soon?! But wait why a long way to go?" I asked thinking about for what he would need my help and where.

"We are flying to Dubai. We will be attending a party that is hold there." he said not the least bit excited.

"Whhaaaaaattttttt!!"
