Lilith's plan was to not get involved. However, her sweet old brother Damon threw in an opportunity she could not miss out on. Something she had been waiting to do for almost an eternity.

The unexpected trio had just arrived at Alaric's apartment, he unlocked the door opening it slightly. Lilith and Damon stood out of sight.

"Look who's dumb enough to come back." Katherine taunted, Lilith wanted to rip Katherine's heart out of her chest right there and then.

Lilith had unresolved business with Katherine, she hated the girl for ruining her life and her brothers life. "Well, somebody had to invite them in."

Katherine lowered her head in curiosity staring at the door. "Damon, Lilith. Would you like to, uh, come in?" Katherine's eyes widened at the mention of Lilith's name. Lilith didn't give her another moment to register what was happening. She sped in and threw Katherine against a casing, the girl let out a groan as her body hit the ground.

Lilith sped over and picked the girl up by her neck punching her square in the face. "Lilith! That's enough." Damon called out, Lilith stared at the girl in her hands. The only thing coursing through her dead body being pure hatred.

And to be completely honest there was nothing stoping her from ripping her heart out. Lilith harshly let go of Katherine making her fall back onto the wall for support.

Lilith made her way back over to Damon, who gave her a smirk. After recovering Katherine immediately sped over to Damon wrapping her hand around his throat. "Are you trying to get me killed?"

Lilith rolled her eyes as she immediately pushed Katherine back slamming her into a wall, she groaned sitting up and holding her back. "Nice to see you too, Lilith." Lilith gave her a sarcastic smile.

Just then Damon ran up to her and brought her back up only to grab her by her neck. "I gave you vervain and now im here to collect. I got it from here, Ric."

"You sure?"

"Yeah only one of us needs to get blamed for this. Get back to the house keep Elena from handing herself over." With that Alaric left, Lilith closed the door and looked back at Katherine and Damon. She had pushed him off of her.

"Get blamed for what?"

"Let's just say Klaus, won't be completing the ritual tonight." Lilith said sweetly as she checked on her perfectly manicured nails. Katherine shook her head as she looked at the siblings in disbelief.

"Why, what are you going to do?"

"Dead werewolf equals no ritual." Damon explained and  Katherine shook her head as she looked at the siblings in disbelief.

"No. You can't interfere, Damon. Klaus will k*ll you and everyone you've ever met." Katherines eyes moved to Lilith as she said the last part

Just like that Lilith's burning passion to rip her jugular out returned. "I just need to delay this thing." Damon explained.

Katherine put her hands up and walked past him. "No. No way."

"You should like this. It's going to buy another month of your pathetic life" Damon reasoned trying to get a reaction out of her but the only reaction they got was a smug smirk on her face.

"Right. Except that I'm not the vampire he's planning on sacrificing."

"So that means I'll be able to kill you myself." Lilith cheered, Katherine shot her a disgusted look. She decide to  just to ignore Lilith though.

"What?"

"Yeah. He's got Caroline Forbes and Tyler Lockwood. Therefore, I'm in the clear." Katherine finished noticing the expectant look on the younger Salvatore's face, "For now..."
