The Test

Today was the day. I was gonna take a pregnancy test. I didn't know how to tell Luke that I could of been pregnant. Maybe I was. The thought that I would find out today made my stomach turn in all different directions. What if I was pregnant? No one knows except Beau, well that is, unless he told Luke. Which I hope he didn't.

I hopped out of bed after collecting all my thoughts and processing them into plans. First thing I did was grab my glasses off the night stand and swung my crazy long hair into a pony tail. Next, I went ahead and jumped into my slippers. I then picked out my clothes I wanted to wear that day.

I walked into the bathroom conveniently placed in my room and shut the door. I slid my pajamas off, undid my ponytail and took off my glasses. I stepped into the shower, and washed my hair, I then pumped some orchid scented conditioner into my hand. I applied that onto my hair and combed it through.

I then washed my body with sugar cookie shower gel and finished off by rinsing out my conditioner with cold water to control my frizz.

I stepped out of the shower and threw a towel on. I put my clothes on and applied my makeup in an hour time span. I then threw on my black square shaped glasses and stepped into my slippers. I walked out of the bathroom and turned the fan on due to the hotness in my room.

I then put on my Nike's and grabbed my keys. I shut my room door and left the house. I put the keys in the ignition and started my car. I drove to the nearest drug store and bought a pregnancy test. The lady at the register gave me the weirdest look but i ignored it.

I then went back into my car and drove back home. Before I got out of my car i made sure the test was hidden in the bag and not visible. I then walked inside the house after unlocking it. I hurried to my room and shut the door. I pulled out the test and sighed.

"This is the moment of truth." I told myself.

I then walked into the bathroom and followed the instructions. I stood impatiently waiting for the results.

I looked down once the test was done. I dropped to the floor and started crying. I couldn't believe what i saw.
