"Dear, I told you many times to tell me waht you would like to eat so i could let the cooks make for you. But, yet, you still insist on staring aimlessly at my... Lower regions... "

You pouted at her and you grunted sadly on the bed. You had wrapped yourself around with your proclaimed 'sad' blanket and rolled around on the mattress.

Nadia only stared at you from behind her as she squinted her eyes at your innocent act. Yet, you shameless let your eyes roam wherever it wanted.

"I'm not hungry for food, Nadia! I'm hungry for something else~"

You let a seductive smirk make it's way to your face as the countess infront of you just sighed.

She stood up from her seat and approached your tiny figure on the bed.

Patting you head softly, she gave you a gentle look and said,

"If you behave for the rest of the day, I'll consider giving you your 'gift'. Alright, dear?"

"Fiiiiineeee..."

"CHAMPAGNE?! CHAMPAGNE, YOU SAY!? DO YOU EVEN CONSIDER THE PROSPECT OF THAT?! WINE IS DEFINITELY SUPERIOR TO YOUR WRETCHED DRINK!"

"Valerius, (Y/N)! Calm down-"

You were definitely not on your best behaviour today.

You and Valerius were I the middle of the argument in where it was decided if wine or champagne were the better drink.

Nadia just impatiently watched the two of you fight as she counted down the seconds to both of your demises.

"SUPERIOR?! HAH. SUPERIOR,YOU SAY?! WINE IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST IF WE'RE TALKING SUPERIOR, OLDIE."

"OLDIE?!!!? HOW DARE YOU!"

"SHUT IT BOTH OF YOU!"

Nadia's booming voice shouted and the two of you immediately settled down while staring at each other.

She was angry.

This was supposed to be a meeting about the future of the kingdom's trade affairs. But apparently, it turned to the debate between wine and champagne.

"This meeting is disbanded this instance! Not a WORD from both of you! Honestly! I'm disappointed from you two! Leave, now!"

Nadia was furious as she kicked you two out of the meeting chambers.

"Countess I-"

"Enough of this Valerius! Both of you, out! I want to be left alone."

Both of you slowly heeded her warnings as the room was left to her alone. You and Valerius walked out with disappointment at yourselves gnawing at your insides.

You two took one final glance at each other and huffed out in anger.

Each one of you headed to an opposite direction from the other as you both were still angry from the debate.

After turning a corner, you calmed yourself down from the state you were in and looked back on what happened.

Why did I fight over such a dull reason... Nadia must be so disappointed and mad right now... and it's all because of me... I was the one that started it... tsk. Damn that Valerius! Now I won't get to enjoy my evening with Nadi... atleast I think she wouldn't want to see me anyways... owwwww! How can I make it up to her?...
