Third person's pov:

You were In second year in the Teikoku Gakuen. Your classmates likes you, because you were quite pretty and good at sports, and also because you were too nice, You always accepted everything, you always helped your classmates or you teachers when they needed.
And ok Maybe also because of your brother, Sakuma Jirou who was in the soccer club.
In your class the popular guy, Fudou Akio was the complete opposite. It sound cliché but of course he was popular because people saw him like a "bad boy".
Actually you didn't hated him, you didn't really liked him too. You can't deny that he's quite pretty too and you thought he was cool, but sometimes you found him too rude and annoying, and...we can also say that your brother didn't really liked him, he told you many times to not approach him.
To make it short : you weren't friends, you talked sometimes when you needed to or randomly just a bit, but it never lasted long.

It was a december day, it was 6pm and the sun was already set and it was dark outside. You stayed at the library to studied for you next test, Of course you told it to your brother.
Honestly you would have liked him to ask you to go home together after his soccer training, but he preferred to continue training.
So a little bit disappointed you finally decided to not wait for him and walk alone to your home.

You walked slowly while listening to your favorite playlist, but when you passed near an alley two boys called you and stood in front of you.
-Hey darling. One of them said with a smirk.
-Are you lost ? You can come with us if you want to. The other adds.
-N-no thanks. I'll have to go home..
Scared, you tries to leave but one of them grabbed you wrist.
They seemed about your âge, but they definitely don't mean you well.
-Come on, Let's go. We can't let go a such pretty girl.
You were totally paralyzed with fear and can't saying anything when a voice makes you jumped.
-Babe, who are they ?

It was Akio.
He talked with an annoyed face and fake questionning look while walk to you. He knows you didn't know them.
When he looks at the hand of the boy who held you, whe grabbed your waist to make him let you go and adds
-I repeat my question. Who are you and what do you want to my girlfriend ?
You tried to not look too surprised, it was easy. Honestly you still were terriffied of what happened and what could have happened if Akio hadn't helped you.

He spoke while looking straight to the boys, who now looked scared of him. You totally understood, he's clearly scary when he's irritated.
-N-n-nothing we just...
They both tried to justify theirself and finally started to accuse each other.
-I don't care about who do what.
If I saw you again around her I won't be so nice anymore.
-Y-Yes s-sorry.
They were about to leave when Akio spoke again
-I want you to apologizing to her. Right now.
He doesn't need to asked twice, the boys imediatly apologized to me and ran away.

Akio click his tongue while looking at them, running like little puppies.
-Are you okay ? Did they hurt you ? He asked, with a hint of concern in his eyes.
-I-I'm okay..
He probably saw that you weren't in condition to answer, so he just took your hand and walked you home.

Akio's pov :

After walked her home I was waiting for her idiot brother. How can he let his sister walk home, alone when it's that dark outside ? Fortunatly I was there..but what would have happened to her if I wasn't ?!
During I was thinking, I finally saw Jirou come.
I tried to hold back my anger but I finally failed.
-You ! I shouted while pin him against the wall.
-W-What are you doing Akio ?! He seemed totally lost.
-I know you were an idiot but at the point to let your sister walk home alone when it's dark outside ?!
If I wasn't following her...what do you think those guys would have done to her?!
-W-wait what happened to her ?! And why did you following her ?!
-She'll tell you. And It doesn't matter.
I finally backed away from him and turn back.
I started walking when Jirou stopped me.
-Thank you.
You know I hate you but Thank you so much for helping my sister. If something had happened to her I would never have forgiven myself.
After he ended his sentence I just started to walk, without look at him. But finally I stopped myself.
