Chapter 1

A baby's cries fill up the busy hospital as nurses rush around treating patients, only one baby is coming today, his name is finch.

The nurses gasp at the color of his hair, unlike any other child, his coral hair shows more than any other color in a dark world.

A nurse walking out of the room bumps into a small robot, the robot doesn't react as it picks up the fallen needles.

The nurse continues on while the robot comes into the room and gives the other nurses the needles and medicine it dropped earlier.

The nurses begin working on the mom some more and she scoffs at the sight of her little boy being taken into another room.

"Isn't there some way i can have a girl instead?"

The mother asked angrily, but the nurses just looked at her as they were working, the silence is loud, but one nurse decides to speak up.

"You could have your son act like a girl, unless you wanted to try again for a girl."

The mother had a look of disgust on her face, not even waiting a few seconds before she snapped back with a response.

"I would never want to try for another kid, do you know how much it costs just to raise one of these gremlins, nonetheless, boys are supposed to act like boys, not girls, but maybe if we change everything to make it seem like I had a girl then it'll work."

The nurses were shocked, surprised, as they had never heard such a compromise as this ever before, was it even legal to fake a child's birth card?

The nurses finished working on the mother and she was told to wait there until she recovered fully.

A nurse goes into the room where the doctors were handling finch, the nurse informed them about the mothers ideas, even the doctors were shocked from such a simple idea.

Would it really be worth it for the mother to have her son be reassigned and fake his card to be born as her daughter?

While the doctors and nurses were working on the people in the hospital, a small bird flew into the room the mother was it, she gave it an order and the bird went zooming to change the card, only coming back once it completed its mission.

Unfortunately, the bird ran into a wall and crashed into the mothers hands, but, the mother only reacted by putting the bird into her pocket.

The little boy named finch was finally delivered back to his mother, her eyes lit up with wan evil joy because she now had her daughter that she wanted.

Finch was already a small active baby, moving his head around eagerly, trying to look at everything, but the mother slowly cradled her baby until he fell asleep.

The mother then brought her newborn home, and with glee, she placed finch in a room decorated for her daughter.

The mother then walked across the lonely halls of the mansion, going to the one place nobody knew, but would she ever want someone else to parent finch, probably not, that would explain why she's doing this.

The mother reaches the ominous door, and she opens it to reveal her lab, she spoke with a soft voice, to make sure she didn't wake finch up.

"Finally, I can start working on this project, after all these painful years."

She put the robotic bird inside its bird cage, to fix it later, then she put on her lab coat, and she began to work on one of her biggest creations yet.

The mother only stopped when her child needed help, trying to keep this a secret, she would also run with her daily life and stay up late to work on her masterpiece.
