I finish writing in my diary before going in the shower. I can't wait to finally see her again tomorrow. It's been 3 weeks since I've seen her in real person since we were on break.
Vaughn: bro I was going to the washroom
Elena: well too bad I was here first

Elena: there's a bathroom downstairs, use that one you lazy ass

I undress myself and look at myself in the mirror and scan my body. Why doesn't she want me? I mean I'm beautiful. I roll my eyes and get in the shower.
Karen: Elena unlock the door I need to get something
Elena: UGH MOM I'M IN THE SHOWER AND I WON'T GET OUT JUST FOR THAT
Karen: well hurry up
Elena: oh my god
I continue to shower in peace until I hear someone banging on the door once again. I lose my patience and get out of the shower, quickly drying myself and dressing up before going back to my room. Since I was getting tired, I decided to go to bed earlier and the quicker I sleep, the faster I see her.
*TIMESKIP MORNING*
I wake up to my alarm going off and I quickly turn it off before I go insane. I then go downstairs and eat breakfast.
Karen: good morning sweetie
Elena: mom don't call me that
Karen: I'm sorry I can't help it- oh Vaughn don't forget your lunch!
Vaughn: mom I don't care I'm going to Brian's
Karen: oh ok
My mom is the only one taking care of us. Even if I am almost 18 and Vaughn is 21, she still takes care of us like children, but she works hard because Vaughn doesn't do shit of his own and it's always her doing everything for him, which is sad. She works full time in a Health Care and ever since us growing up she would use her salary on us, for food, clothes and many more. She's been rushing her whole life since my dad abandoned us at a young age. He was really abusive towards my mom and I since I was the only girl. He always wanted 2 boys, but got a girl instead, so I have trauma just because of that.
Karen: are you going anywhere after school?
Elena: no, but I am probably going to take a walk around
Karen: alright be careful love
Elena: always
I say before leaving the house and heading towards the city bus station. My brother always takes my car to go to school, and he never takes me with him, so I just take the city bus and ride to school.

I arrive to school and I go join my little friend group
