*Jacky's pov*
I woke up from a tiny nap we took together..
I won't lie, I actually slept very well, but her hugging me tightly was suffocating me- I just hate everything that's going on. I should've stuck to my first decision, cause I literally have to fake E V E R Y T H I N G- from being always 'happy' or when they're looking at us I have to be snuggling onto her. I mean don't get me wrong, I could easily stop because of course not every couple is always on each other, but I don't want to give a wrong impression towards them, and especially not during the week-end while being all together.
I feel her move. I think she's waking up. I try grabbing her arm slowly to put it off from my chest. I get impatient and sigh loudly.
Jacky: ugh seriously?
I jerk her arm off from me and I get up in relief hearing her whine
Elena: why did you do thaaaaat
Jacky: because? I was dying of heat and your privilege is over
Elena: ugh you're no fun
She says while standing up making her way towards me
Jacky: ok and? If I'm no fun go find the fun yourself, and I think you have enough fun since I have to be on you 24/7
I say sternly and cross my arms
Elena: I said you're no fun for doing that not your whole person
I roll my eyes and go to the bathroom to relieve myself, but get cut off as soon as I hear the front door open. I put my ear to the door and listen closely..
James: oh hey Elena
Elena: hey
James: so how do you like it here?
Elena: It's ok I guess
James: look um can I talk to you for a minute?
Elena: uh- yea sure
He takes a deep breath before continuing
James: wait first, where is Jacky?
Elena: is it really important?
James: kind of yea
Elena: she's gone to take a walk in the woods
James: ok good, so like, Elena I know you guys aren't together anymore..
Elena: wait you do?
James: yes..
My eyes widen when he says this. Why didn't he say anything? I could've been out of this since forever-
Elena: b-but how?
James: come on are you serious? It's so obvious, you guys stop smiling and doing your thing when we turn around, and I know that kiss was fake when I came in the room, because your face said it
Elena: oh I didn't know it was that obvious..but why are you not saying anything?
James: Elena, you're way better than Derrick, I always loved you even if it lasted a couple months. I hate that guy and she's always gone with him, the way you treated her was perfect and I can't let you go like this
Elena: but she doesn't like me at all so I don't understand
James: my point is that I will push her to do activities with us, you included
