Quirk Usage : On Field Offense Off Field Support

Quirk alters the user's dominant arm into what seems to be a cannon with a fist sized anchor at the end of it. The anchor is small, but heavy, making it quite dense. The user may fire this anchor out with a bit of chain and a ball on it. This is accurate over a medium range and is replaced with another anchor after it is fired. When these anchors land on something, they will wrap around and attach to the target. This will slow the target down, adding immense weight of the anchor to them. So if I hit someone's arm, the ball would attach, and the chains would wrap around it, making the arm extremely hard to move. The chains and anchors will be difficult to remove, but can easily be removed by the user. In spite of their weight, the user has no issue moving the anchor on their arm.
