The Wild Mightyena dragged me into their den. Not much of an amazing den, but hey, it was their home.
A gold-pelted Mightyena stepped up to me, along with a small Gold-pelted Poochyena.
" ( Where did you find her? ) "
The leader of the small patrol stepped up.
" ( We found her near a pond. ) "
The leader of the Patrol continued,
" ( She has no home. ) "
" ( Very well, I'll take care of her. ) "
The Gold-pelted Mightyena declared.
I hit my head on some moss, and slept through the night.

" Welp, it's finally time for me to start my adventure. " I grinned. " Now, off to Birch's lab! " I happily skipped to the lab.
I live in Odale town, so it was a hop, skip and a jump! " Helloo, Birch! " I greeted. " Ah, your here now. Pick a Pokemon! "
" Okay! " I smiled. " Uumm... What about the first one? " I asked. " That's Treeko! The wood gecko, It's the fastest grass type! " Birch said, while letting Treeko out.
" Treeko! " It said. " Cool! Now, what's in the middle? " I asked. " Aah, Torchic! The chick pokèmon. He's known for it's cuteness. " Birch said, showing out Torchic.
" Kawaii! " I cheered. " Now, what's the last pokèball? " I asked. " That's Mudkip! The mud fish Pokemon. " Birch said, as he let out the last Pokemon. " Mud-Kip! " It cheered.
" Uumm... I'll piiick... Torchic! " I declared, and Torchic leaped to my arms, and I started cuddling the cute thing.
" Now, here's your Pokedex, and your Pokèballs! "
Birch said, and gave the Pokedex and the Pokeballs.
" Okay, Torchic, let's go! " I called Torchic over.
" Tor-Torchic! " It cheered, and ran to me. I placed her on my shoulder.
We walked into route 101.
